Most employees have been there for a while. It is more like a local hardware store. I just think during the present times, all of the Home Depot store should have only one entrance. An employee should be handing a cart to a customer indicating it has been sanitized like some of the other major stores.

While all employees had masks on, shoppers did not.

The employees and management at this Mundelein The Home Depot location were very friendly, kind, and helpful. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a worker providing me with a row of freshly sanitized carts to use. I was also directed on how to safely enter the waiting line with social distancing tape marks on the floor while being directed on how to move safely from the checkout toward a different exit for my safety. My online order was picked and ready very quickly and accurately. I appreciate all of their conscientiousness and care.

If you need a kitchen and/or laundry room remodel run, don't walk to this Home Depot. Our kitchen designer, Kevin, was so incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our needs/wants and to guide us through the design process. Kevin always had good ideas, worked on several different layouts, and had suggestions for all items that go into a kitchen/laundry remodel. We have lots of house to remodel so we really needed to keep cost in mind and in line. Although we weren't able to buy immediately, he kept us updated on sales so we were able to purchase our cabinets at the right time. I can hardly wait to get everything started!

This store is a little smaller than some of the others in the area but it is filled with friendly and knowledgeable people. It is worth the trip to have such a pleasurable experience.

The experts in the paint department at this Home Depot are 2nd to NONE. They are legit experts, and my favorite part is how passionate they are about their job, and how passionate they are to ensure you enjoy your experience picking out the right type/brand of paint, and the perfect color for the special occasion. I am very lucky to have such an awesome Home Depot as my local and primary home improvement store.
