The store is very clean. The people that work there are extremely helpful & friendly. Some need a little improvement about measurements. They dont seem to know what the printed measurements mean, only one person knew.

My husband gets a bone r coming here this is our favorite place to go for a date night I love the selection here and all the pretty lights and all the little projects we couldn't complete together and I love walking around and US figuring out what we're going to put in our new place we like walking around belittle belittle Ling the help

In addition, the team is courteous, respectful, and will go out of their way to help you either find something or brainstorm with you on how to do something--this is especially of value to someone like me who is just a DIYer. One of my *go-to* HD locations! I have always walked out of this store with a positive experience! Keep up the great work!

Had an amazing experience in the flooring dept. An associate by the name of Marion, was so knowledgeable . Got to know my project and went out of her way to assist me and make suggestions. She even took me to other departments to assist with what I needed. One stop shopping with advice, suggestions, ect, Amazing asset to Montville store.

No store in my opinion gets 5 star unless they can deliver it to my house within 5 minutes of me thinking of it. So the best I can give is 4 stars. I am sure I will be back to this store considering the wife's honey do list never ends and its always a small project she wants done. This store has 90% of the thing in need in stock if not the can tell me what store i can get it at in the area.

I'm very familiar with the store, so if anything was needed I can count on the store for assistance every time. The store was very clean and the associates were very patient and polite, when waiting to use the fork lift after my decision making for loading my flat bed cart at the tool coral section of the store... Keep up the good work, and this store will continue to be an success. Thank You.

For the most part, my trips to the Uncasville/Montville store has been very productive. Stock has been very good including parts that I have required.

I am at this store 5-6 times a week sometimes 2-3 times a day, it has what I need to get my projects completed. I can not see going anywhere else. I am smack dab in the middle of two HD Montville and Lisbon ct. If by some chance one store runs out of a item I can usually get it at the other one. Nice to have options.

Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone is really pleasant and eager to help.

The store and employees are always great here. Take time to listen and assist. The store is always clean and well organized. Susan was awesome in finding me the stove I wanted and going thru all details that I need to know.

Joanie at the returns, was very helpful and nice to us. She helped us with our online orders and checked us out. She was very accommodating and sane as well with her coworker that helped us I think Tristan was his name.

The carpet department was horrible . Only one elderly lady. No other helpers in that department. People were walking away . I waited 1 one hour for help . When I asked to talk to the manager , the paint section said , this customer does not want to wait , when in actuality I waited an hour. other workers were not doing anything in other departments. it was poorly managed . I was not happy at all .

I have always found this store to be cleaner than others. The employees are always helpful and usually knowledgeable enough to direct me to where i need to be, I know that supplies have been slow coming with the pandemic so i can over look shortages of stock, which actually have not been that bad.. I also like this stores involvement with the annual Montville Safety day..

After moving to the area twelve years ago,and building my own log cabin I have gone to the Home Depot many times. Never have I gone that I didn't buy something.... The one thing that is bad is that some of the items they carried,now don't have replacement parts for them.

things are easy to find, and staff are helpful. One especially helpful person has been Debby Harris.

HOME DEPOT STORE#- 6234- UNCASVILLE, CT: The is store provided excellent service in every possible capacity and was immaculate in appearance. The shopping experience was OUTSTANDING as every person I asked directions of, and/or information regarding products I needed... provided accurate instruction and/or knowledge. Further, the retail associate, sales cashier "Dale" who assisted during self-checkout was worth her weigh in gold. I'd not previously used self-checkout, and "Dale" not only imparted quick and accurate service, she was quite altruistic and furnished additional information on related products. In addition, she apprised me of saving $50 by applying and being approved for a HOME DEPOT credit card (which I unaware of), and fastidiously facilitated the application process. Beyond that, EVERY PRODUCT on my hand-written list was available in store. That, combined with the benevolent and expedient assistance I'd experienced from all employees... made my HOME DEPOT shopping experience quite brilliant! One really can't ask for more... especially during this precarious Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you.
