I bought a hand held/ shower head (combination), a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet. Excellent products from Delta!

I bought a CR1026 2 pack online to go pick it up. When I ordered they were 14 available. On my way to the store I received a message of a cancellation order.When I got there the store attendant told me that she was calling me to tell me that they don’t have any. A Department Supervisor stepped in and went look and found them and brought it to me. They refunded to me the canceled order so I got my package for free. That’s what I call excellent customer service taking care of the customer and solving the issue and compensating for the hassle. I’m a happy customer.😁

Ileana and Carlean are fantastic at this Pro Desk. Everyone is. I have had the pleasure of having them assist with some difficult transactions and spent a bit of time with them. You can't go wrong with this Pro Desk Staff and this Home Depot. I highly recommend them and the location. I shop at Home Depot all around the country, and this one is Tops!

A week ago, at Mayaguez PR, I went to THDepot to buy a refrigerator to my mother (Vet widow). The lady associate was rude and even told me to "speak English". She needs to know her place and learn to be bilingual. PR is a territory of USA. Like me, a vet that served over 21 years in Armed Forces, need to be respected like USA people do. The Home Depot needs to be careful in selecting associates, better customer service, manners education, better greeting customers, and having stocks available to have better business. Very disappointed! Born and raised where people became rude!

I bought 2 boxes of the path lights. Really good price and look amazing on my front yard.

Just amazing employees, specially Keila Ruiz(not sure of the first name), and Karen Perez that helped me in every step to solve my issues. Made me feel welcomed and never rushed me or anything like that, on the contrary, the made me feel comfortable even though I was a little annoying because I forgot my wallet. Great job! There was also a guy that helped me, but I don’t know the name, thanks to you as well.

Love the place for it's variety of seasonal home decoration and supplies examples, summer variety of back yard equipment and furniture.; Halloween and Christmas decoration. Every hall is properly identified with signs and the place is always tidy and clean
