I've had really great experiences here. Knowledgeable staff, and they're always ready to assist! They treat you with Aloha local style. From assisting with shop list, to loading vehicle. Outstanding, mahalo!!

The people at this location the only one we have are all helpful! The store is stock full and the employee are always willing to show you where things are.

After a really bad experience with the Iwilei store on O`ahu, where the customer service people refused to accept my credit card over the phone, regardless of the fact that I'd explained that I live on an island where no Home Depot exists, and it would cost me well over $100 extra just to fly over and physically hand them my credit card. Not only is this unnecessary, it's offensive, as I've been a loyal THD customer for decades and my card has never been rejected. There was no basis for such mistrust. So, giving up on the Iwilei store, I called the store on Maui and gave the same explanation to Myra in flooring, who actually understood my dilemma, and made the transaction happen. My day is made, my project will be completed, and I am once again a happy Home Depot customer. Mahalo nui e Myra!

Today I visited my favorite store in kahului.. Yes, the Home Depot! And yes I'm addicted of purchasing tools, Chasity at the cash register was great and very friendly, she wanted to show me how to filled out a survey but unfortunately I was in a hurry (my boss just called me) so I ask her how I can fill this out on my own time.. Didn't mean to be rude, I hope she didn't get offended but I would say that it seems like all the female workers at the Home Depot have better customers service skills then the guys, no disrespect! And the paint department absolutely ROCKS!! That's why I only shop here.. God bless
