Your store was clean products were on shelves you even had one item that your computer said you didn't.

I had put off ordering new kitchen cabinets because I didnt know where to start. I was in the store and randomly decided to ask a couple questions. I had the best customer service from the kitchen department - Kyle works in this department and he took over an hour explaining to me and walking me through this process. I made a few return visits to adjust my project with recommendations that he made and he always had time for me. He was more than happy to sit down with me (no matter how many times he had to do it). After a week of back and fourth - I ordered kitchen cabinets. The Massillon Home Depot made this so easy I wish I would have asked questions much sooner!

The Massillon store is always helpful and friendly and always approaches me if I look kinda lost and offers tips on the products I buy If I have any questions. A very nice and friendly store

Not only would I recommend this store, but also the North Canton, Ohio store! I was so impressed, I went to the North Canton store to pick up some items, one of which happened to be sold out. After checking with my cashier at the self-checkout, a young lady who I believe was identified as the Head Cashier took over the situation. She made a phone call to the Massillon store to see if they had any of the item. They had 1 of the items left and they were asked to hold it, as I would immediately leave Canton and head to Massillon. I was able to walk into the Massillon store, go to the Courtesy desk and met a friendly cashier there and "poof" my item was there waiting. I cannot thank both stores enough and this is one of the reasons I continue to shop at Home Depot!!! Thanks to both stores, I was able to get my Black Friday item and it's already installed!

Went to this store because I needed some wire cut and other electrical supplies for a room I was working on. They would not cut wire and would not order items I needed that were out of stock. The same thing happened to me at the Macedonia, Ohio store while I was working on another room and that store ordered the items and shipped them to my house for free. Ironically, it was the same item as the item the Massillon store would not order. The Macedonia, Ohio store puts the Massillon, Ohio store to shame.

You need more stock and more help

The employees at Home Depot are friendly and knowledgeable. I have an older home and have spent a LOT of time in home improvement stores since I bought it. Home Depot is by far my favorite.

WAY nicer and friendlier than the Arlington rd one. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable! Product are easy to find and the place was very clean. Will come back to this store for all future necessities even though I live closer to the other one.

This store was very easy to locate what is needed. They also have your protection in play by requiring masks and 6 ft distances between people. Very friendly and well knowledgable employees. Good place to go if you are doing a self project without the help of professionals.

I've shopped here at this store since it opened and Ive always recieved great service..I say shop here and you will always come back to shop again..

My last trip in went well, so I came back hoping for the same, but this may have been the worst HD shopping experience ever. The paint dept couldn't find my account. Then customer service didn't update my info correctly per paint dept. At check out, the self checkout didn't work. Required help. Then the payment process could not have been completed without the cashier helping as the credit card reader required special treatment that only an employee could know/help with. Terrible overall.

No employee even approached me for several minutes even though I was clearly standing in the aisle looking for help. Then I was told the aisle was blocked and 'sorry'. Um, I need a part in this aisle and there is nothing in it that would indicate I can't go in. When I finally got assistance, it was mediocre at best. Then I got closed in with the gates and had to open them myself to get back out! AND as an added bonus - I had to return my part later in the morning - and the cashier Caitlyn could not have cared less. She barely spoke. I will NEVER come back to this HD again! HD used to hire retired skilled laborers and vets... now it seems they just plunk any old person in a job. No skills or experience needed.

Honest and friendly store employees with a great selection and the best prices I found between 3 stores I checked.

We've been doing some updates in our home for the past 2 weeks. Been to this store at least a dozen times for supplies with questions and referrals. We have purchased from the paint / plumbing /electrical and hardware dept. Very satisfied with each visit. The store has great teamwork. The store was very clean and all employees friendly and helpful.

I am usually satisfied by my Home Depot shopping experiences, but the lax enforcement of the mask rule will keep me out of this store until Covid-19 is under control. Many employees wore their masks appropriately, but quite a few had them pulled below their nose. Some - including the associate who waited on me - had theirs pulled under their chin.

This is not your fault, but there should be buckets near small parts areas where customers can put stuff because they are too lazy to put it back where it came from and don't throw stuff back in the wrong bin on the shelves. I am an electrician and hate it when looking for something and find the wrong parts in the bin for what I need. I saw the box with the electrical wall plate I needed, and it contained 3 other plates that didn't belong there. BTW The E-Receipts are really nice. Makes record keeping easier.
