I went in for some garden supplies. I ended up getting some flowers that I saw on one of the displays that were on sale. Unfortunately the sale was over when I went to check out. Bernice was kind enough to confirm that sale was available or not and made sure I got the discount due to the sign being posted still. She went out of her way to make sure I was treated correctly and was very friend and respectful.

I make muppets for kids which is an unusual occupation and I was very pleased with the employees who listened to me when I explained what kind of wire or power tool I needed and suggested to try things that would be a safer choice than what I was thinking. Also if I needed a power tool or heavy scissors (tin snips) they would suggest something better or not to by something that I thought would work. That Impressed me the most

I shop here often and have never had a problem having someone help me... until today. My boyfriend and I were interested in a Tarter raised bed planter that was located in the front of the store that did not have a price on it. I went inside to the cashier area and the 2 ladies directing the checkout line couldn't help me at all. Even after I gave them the UPC code and the name of the product. They then told me to go to a cashier who would be able to help me. He couldn't. After searching for it he said they probably don't carry the item to which I replied that they were outside. He didnt know what to do at that point so I said I'd just go to customer service. I was super frustrated by this point. Luckily, my boyfriend had stopped an employee outside, Tyree, which did not have the scanner phone to help us so he went inside to seek help from the cashiers. He went in and came right back out and said he had to go ask someone in garden for help because they couldn't help him inside. Tyree then came back with his phone scanner and was able to get us the price. I worked ar your competitor for 8 years and prided myself in my customer service skills. When a customer asked me for help I wouldn't leave them until I could answer their question or find someone who could if I couldn't do it. I think the cashiers need better training for these situations. Any of them could've called someone for us to help us out. Thank God for Tyree!! Please acknowledge his great customer service!

The store staff were great.

At 8 o’clock at night, representatives were available to help me, they’re very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to find the product that I needed for my bathroom remodeling, check out was quick, the store was clean, and I got applicable discount at check out.

Denya in windows/doors knows her stuff. She was very helpful and patient while making up my mind. Home Depot safety for Covid-19 was great. Hand sanitation items throughout the store. I saw them wipe down each area and keypad after each checkout.

Employees are always very helpful and polite. Usually very stock up on products.

Toilet Installation price of $149.00 on the rack place card did not match register price of $289.00, it took about 45 minutes of discussion with the store manager to get the advertised price. Also It took over a week to get the toilet installation scheduled.but the installation crew from Corliss and Son was great and were on their scheduled time. The Home Depot installation price of $289 is at least $100 more than other local installers
