Needed to replace old-school outdoor light, due to water damage. Stu, in electrical, made great suggestions to get rid of cage, and helped me exceed my wife’s expectations.

I learned through the MWOC.com website that Orange County is paying $3/sq. foot of sod removed from your property. I got approval and the MWOC representatives, Jessica and Jennifer measured my front lawn which was 588 sq. feet. So I get $1764 for sod removed plus the cost of the pea gravel from Home Depot $400 and weed blocker $96.

I went in to the Lake Forest Home Depot frustrated with a plumbing problem. I returned some wrong items and the woman at returns was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Then I went to the plumbing department where Amy assisted me and helped restore my faith in humankind. She was patient and knowledgeable. She showed me how to put together the plumbing pieces I needed to complete my project. I will definitely be going back to this location and I will definitely seek Amy out for any future plumbing projects.

This is one of the best store with professional and helpful staff.

I bought a refrigerator, a double oven electric stove, Dishwasher, bathtub, stand up shower , Moen faucets, washer, dryer, etc... The people at this store are ALL very helpful, especially Tylr Navas.

We had the pleasure of working with Gary in flooring. He was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Along with Tom they gave us excellent service and a good deal!

This location, I go there all the time, because the associates seem to want to help you, other companies and even other Home depots, it seems like they walk around to avoid customers. The young cat (probably mid to late 20's) with the short bear in lumber, thanks man, I appreciate your trying to help me, I would not expect anyone to know the noise reduction in different materials, but you being willing to help, that is what makes the difference..........appreciate ya

Needed a light bulb for under microwave oven. There are so many to look at and I didn't see one that matched the one I needed so I asked for help. The young man showed me two that would work and explained the difference. It was very informative and I appreciated that he took the time to do that. Got one and checked out with a very friendly woman in the garden department. All good experiences.

This store just seems better than the others in our Zip code. From the way it looks and how it is stocked, to how the associates actually seemed to want to help me rather than made me feel like I was bothering them. Just a much better shopping experience than the others in our area

We have come to expect Home Depots in general to have what we need–or close to it, to have helpful, cordial employees willing to help solve problems and answer questions, and offer a generally pleasant and interesting shopping experience, and are pleased that Foothill Ranch–our closest HD--is among the best.

I was greeted upon entering the Lake Forest store and for a Saturday the store was busy. I walked over to the appliance department, spent a few minutes looking at different refrigerators and Dennis Fletcher, an appliance specialist, asked if I had any questions. After answering my questions, I asked for his card, told him I needed to take some measurements and I would definitely come back to give him my business. Dennis was super helpful and friendly and being in customer service myself, that is very important to me. I went back yesterday and purchased the refrigerator from Dennis and scheduled it for delivery. I will not go back to a store in Irvine which is right down the street from my house, because I can walk into any department and there is never anyone to help me! I will always take my home improvement and purchases to this Lake Forest store for the customer service!

Barb made it a great shopping experience, That does not always happen at all Home Depot stores.

In a great location. They always have plenty of selections and are we'll priced. Their staff is ready and so willing to help you with a smile even behind that mask. Ilove this location and their team!!

A couple of excellent employees Bri and Mike from hardware but a lot of poor management. Eddie, Will, Alma all are very poor managers. I shop her multiple times a week and have seen how many problems there are here.
