Great location and staff! Most of the things I need are here most of the time if not I will just look and check on other Home Depot location.

Associate Hector has a superior customer service. I learnd that his shift ends instead of leaving, he showed me several options for my project.

Mr. Frank Armstrong in the Appliance Department is a Great employee, I am with a major Manager in Engineering Healthcare provider and I would hire this man any day, he has all the qualities to satisfy customers needs.

Except for stairs or forklifts seemingly always being left in an aisle blocking access to something, I enjoy shopping at this store. Home Depot always has special deals to offer.

I purchase my Ridgid tools from Home Depot because I know the quality of tools are for professionals and come with a lifetime warranty. The employees are very knowledgable and eager to help.

The store couldn’t not tell me why I could not receive military discount. This upset me but I paid for my purchase and headed towards the exit by the contractor area. 3 employees surrounded me and the big guy pulled the cart hard and kept screaming about a receipt. This upset me even more as I was treated as a thief in front of my children. I told the guy to let go of the cart and I would show him the receipt. Some words were exchanged and I gave him my receipt. He looked at and let go of the cart. He then started to took off his apron and threatened me twice saying “I’ll mess you up in front of your kids”. My kids hear this and we’re afraid. I’m a disabled veteran with back problems and when he pulled the cart it hurt my back. I was treated as a thief and threaten by the employees of this store. The employees are a direct reflection of the management, this store and how Home Depot treats people. I will never shop at this Home Depot again. I would like for someone to get in contact with me regarding this experience.

Great and helpful staff!!! I enjoyed the customer service and help! Only thing is to add more driveways to enter Home Depot as there is only one. Great job Home Depot Katy!!!

Appliance sales associate (Chris) made it quick and easy to order my new LG refrigerator - and the price was over $400 less in store than ordering it online! The best part is that Home Depot has the fridge in stock. Other local store have the same model on a 1-2 month back order. All in all, a great experience at Home Depot!! :D

Clean and very organized

The store is not clean. There is not enough product to do a fence job. There is not any weed and feed in the garden department to buy. Only one pallet by the center of the store at the register. This was a store to go get what you need but not anymore. There is trash and clutter on the floor threw out the entire store. Not very shop able.

The store is a little out of the way. The folks were all fine. I could have used some help unloading. It was an overall good experience. I would go back if I am out there again.

On 9/4/2020 I purchase a Tuff Shed, Tuff Shed call be and schedule the delivery to be on 9/15/2020 between 10am and 2pm. I got the confirmation for delivery. The morning of 9/15/2020 around 819am Tuff Shed call me and said my shed can't be deliver, because the driver is on vacation and they only have one driver. They were suppose to get another driver from a different store bet he did't show up on yesterday or today. I explain to all we went through to prepare foe the deliver. take off work, call 811, breakdown the old shed and store the items on back slab, contract fence workers to remove and put fence back together after shed deliver. Then it was a Birthday gift for my husband, Then I had and event schedule for 9/27/2020. I still need a shed so disappointed with homedepot I fell like holding signs up in front of their store. We was treated like we was nobody.

Very clean store and very large selection of Makita Tools. It's hard to find a cordless Makita track saw but they have them. I design/build/install organizing solutions and furniture for professional centers as a side business and the big orange always beats the blue, especially on tool prices on name brands. My only issue with all big box stores is the lack of decent plywood, such as decent baltic birch ply and melamine. The only way for me to get them is thru local small suppliers that gouge me unless I setup a account and buy $1000+ of sheet goods in one purchase. I'd like to be more competitive with my pricing but that's very hard when the local suppliers aren't threatend by a better supplier and can charge whatever they want. It would be nice to see hi ply count, cabinet grade plywood in Home Depot some day.

No room to walk, freight blocking half the aisles in the store certain departments had nobody in them not a single employee asked me if I needed help

Everything was easy to find and priced reasonably.

Dirty, unorganized and unmanaged. Some of the aisles were blocked by fork lifts and pallets of stock. Employees are rude and never helped me throughout my visit. Go to another one, this one is a piece of work!

I have visited this store twice in about 3 weeks and it still didn’t have the paint brushes I was looking to buy. The store employee said that the store received trucks of shipments daily and that there is no way of knowing when it would receive the paint supplies I was in search of. Nice helpful customer service at its finest.

From the time I asked for assistance to the time someone arrived (asked 4 times) was over 30 minutes for 2 blinds to be cut.

Good customer service/ Good and professional staff members.Always ready to assist a customer get what he needs to buy in the store.
