Employees no where to be found. I saw a man standing at the paint counter waiting for help no associate was around. An elderly gentleman in a wheelchair in the plumbing aisle said to his wife, we have been waiting for over a half hour for the that guy to come back, I think he forgot about us. This is a common occurrence at this store. No associates around when you need them. I really dislike shopping at this store but if you're on a tight budget, you have no choice.

The associates at this location are very helpful. I get asked several times if I need any assistance every time I go in which can be several times a day. Always easy to find someone when I have a question.

If you are looking for appliances see Terry. So helpful and wonderful to work with. Will definitely go back if in need on any more appliances. Thanks for making the experience hassle free.

Great information and assistance with appliances with special space needs

Placed special appliance order over the phone for Bush delivery. Completing the order required 2 phone contacts and information was lost between contacts. Associate was not knowledgable about placing a Bush Delivery order. Information provided to original associate was not forwarded to the associate who completed the order. All in all a successful experience but it took more work than it needed to on my part.

I most often find what I need for bargain deals, I am always comparing prices and home depot has very competitive pricing. And I don't know what I would do without their excellent team of workers. I am a very needy customer and they take very good care of me.

I always love coming in home depot because the workers are always so eager to help and so helpful at that. I don't know what I would do without home depot and their fantastic team that keep the store running so nice for me.

Didn't need any assistance but my Cashier was so friendly. Great customer service is hard to find these days but Mona hit it out of the park!

I just recently purchased flooring from Juneau HomeDepot and I was extremely satisfied with my purchased! I live in Sitka, Ak and I thought it was going to be a pain to get my order shipped to me but I was wrong. They had everything in stock and shipped the next day! Thank you

Many employees act like it's a major burden to do their jobs, and it often takes at least 15 minutes to get any form of assistance. If you do find someone willing to help, they are often unable to actually help you. It's often better to just wander and figure it out myself. Even halfway decent customer service doesn't exist here.

HD NEEDS TO KEEP THEIR STOCK UP FOR EACH SEASON. TRIED TO BUY GUTTERS TODAY AND COULDN'T BECAUSE THE SMALL INTEGRAL PARTS TO COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY WERE NOT AVAILABLE.

Store is big and clean. I walked past associates who did not help me or bother to ask acknowledge me at all. As someone who works in customer service, I find it very sad. Juneau is small. We don't have many options of where to shop for home improvement items. I will be looking into other options for my future needs as much as possible. Customer service needs major improvement.

Great guys in flooring in the Juneau store. Helpful and courteous. I think that they are more helpful than many of the other flooring places in Juneau.

It's not the employees fault, they all are very nice and smile often however they do not know what they are doing. It's like they were hired and didn't have one day of training. This isn't the first time that I've had a bad experience with the Juneau Home Depot. Put time and effort in to training your staff and it will reward you 10 fold.

We received assistance from Hector. He took the time to patiently answer our questions and made suggestions based on our needs. He will be our "go to" guy from this point forward. The Juneau store is better because of great associates like him.

My overall view of the Juneau store was very good. Nice, friendly service. I enjoy going to The Home Depot because the selection of merchandise and the spacious store.

I shop here whenever I am in Juneau, living in Sitka we have limited resources in our home community. I only wish we could get things shipped to us on an ongoing basis. Man order from anywhere else is problematic for us and its difficult for us to come to Juneau on the ferry with a vehicle so buying here is limited.

Tim the associate on duty was most helpful and knowledgeable regarding the flooring that I purchased. There was no product left on the shelf to purchase and Tim had an associate get a pallet down from the rafters and made sure that I was able to go home with the seven packages that I needed.
