During the Christmas break, my daughter and I went to Home Depot to spend the gift card I received for Christmas from her grandpa. She was very excited to shop with dad at the “Big Boy Store” (Home Depot) should have ser the smile on her face. I wanted to buy turf for my DIY golf simulator garage project. Mr. Higgins saw that I did not have enough money to satisfy my entire square footage and just gave a remnant piece free of charge and that solved my issue. He did not have to do that my daughter and I really appreciate it. On the way home to install the turf. My daughter was so excited about the experience she told everyone how nice Mr Higgins was to us.

Though it is nearly impossible to place a call to the store; the in person visit makes up for that frustration

Associate Raakeesh made my trip to Home Depot exceptional. He recognized that I needed assistance and helped me select what I needed and even helped me carry items to checkout. I was very grateful and impressed by the level of customer service!

In store stock availability can be a problem shopping on-line. You can't buy it though it will likely be available in w few days.

I spend a great deal of time in the big box home improvement stores due to the nature of my work and the time I spend on my home. More often than not, it is difficult to find a person to help when we need it, and when we find a person, they are too busy to take the time to assist or act like I am interfering with their work. This was a different experience altogether. Recently out pathway lights around our house had been damaged and were in need of replacement. We were trying to find something that was better than what we had but at a cost we could afford. We went to our local HD to find something that would fit our needs. We found something that we liked at that store, that was on clearance, They had none in stock, and they informed us that there we some available at the this location. It was out of our way, but we thought worth the effort to go and see what they had. We got to the store and found none of the items in the normal display area. We saw Jacoby working close by and asked him if he knew where the items might be. He took the information that I had highlighted in the app and looked it up. He couldn't find it in his device. However, when I told him that the items were a clearance item, he told me that they could be in other locations in the store. He took the time to walk me to every location that he could think of, and we could not find them at any of them. When we thought that maybe they were all sold. I remembered the slip that was handed to me at the other location that had a bar code on it. He scanned it he knew exactly where the merchandise was. It was in lighting, but not anywhere we would have thought to look. He also made sure that he got every one of the items that we needed requiring them to get the lift in order to reach the other units and go to other isles that they were located at. Jacoby got the assistance of another associate Ranay and she assisted by using the lift to get the items off of the top of the isles. Jacoby also went throughout the store to see if there were any others that were located elsewhere. Overall even had they not found any of the lights we were looking for. The service was above and beyond. The entire store did a great job from the time we entered to the check out. I greatly appreciate everything. Thanks .

My refrigerator broke and I had just come from getting out the frozen items that I could save after the repair person told me it was not an issue he could fix. I went to Home Depot to look, but not happy that I had to. The salesman was very kind to me and saved the day.

Tom Pittman is an outstanding kitchen designer and Home Depot needs more employees like Tom. Custom service is almost not heard of in this age but Tom understands it and goes out of his way to help people. Outstanding work ethic.

Home Depot is a Great Store to shop. It has many items that home owners need for their family. Great Service, but need employees to assist.

Dawn glass helped me find a small freezer . Told me to get 13 inch rather than smaller one.

This store always has what I need and if they don’t they can get it quickly. The employees are always helpful and pleasant.

The staff went out of their way to help us ( within minutes of closing) - they were friendly & jumped in to help - the staff were respectful of each other & everyone seemed to like each other & working there. A very nice experience .

Joey [ always seems happy to help.] and a few of the other lot loaders can make your day ...... .( Especially when your back is aching)..A big help with a two man lift to find one of these guys .

Such a great store....employees easy to find for help. Always acknowledging your presence and asking if they can help. Self Check out Carl was very helpful getting me thru the check out with all the loose fasteners I bought ha, thanks Carl!

I can’t express enough how Ricardo was so kind, friendly and helpful while helping me. I needed some hardboard cut into many different cuts and sizes and although I know they offer this service, it was alot and I was nervous that whoever helped me would dread it. Nope! I was so wrong! Ricardo was so helpful and smiled the whole time! He had no problem helping me at all! It was such a great experience and I appreciated it so much! There was also a James and a John who helped me too. They both were just like Ricardo! All of their smiles and willingness to help made my heart happy! This Home Depot hit the Jackpot with these employees!

Website showed they had a certain product but at the store they did not & staff was not at all friendly or helpful in the garden area.

30 minutes to get an associate to assist with locating an item. And then it was out of stock even though it showed multiple units in stock.

Joey in the garden center went above and beyond helping me today with a very heavy bag of potting soil. He’s awesome!!

I use my local Home Depot for all my home improvement projects and can count on the staff always being knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I always enjoy shopping there and love that I can use free financing offers when planning projects by using my Home Depot credit card. The financing has made it possible for me to continue to improve and protect my home over 30 years on a limited income.

I drive an extra 12 miles to go to this specific HD location. It is clean, organized and the staff, managers and GM are incredible! 3790 S. Third Street Jacksonville Beach, it must be considered a flagship store. What ever you’re doing, keep on doing!

Great customer service! Ms. Monica was very kind and helpful. All of the items that I was looking for were in stock and in the location that they were supposed to be in.

Today it was pouring down rain. Joey, the young man in the Pro area, helped me gather seven pieces of OSB sheathing. Since it was raining, he suggested I pull my truck to the covered area to load. Unfortunately, the side area wasn't quite opened yet. However, Joey persisted with his manager to allow me to load outside but under cover from the bad weather. I think his manager was a bit disturbed by this action but I must say Joey went above and beyond for me. Thank you Joey!!

Joey was enthusiastic, helpful, and happy! We had an exchange for a damaged item and all of the staff were accomodating, helpful and fast.

Recently, Jaden and Robin stopped what they were doing to help me locate an item I was searching for and re-arranged the shelf display to make it easier for the NEXT customer. Great service!
