We are happy with our purchase of the Cub Cadet riding mower. The Ithaca Home Depot made our purchase easy. The associates were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would recommend Richard or Joseph.

Witnessed one associate being an awful person to another associate. Also multiple safety violations on a Rich truck. I brought it to the attention of the assistant manager Sebastian and he didn’t seem to care at all I have no confidence that the situation will be rectified, that the associate will be trained, and the safety violation will continue to happen. There’s a reason why why most people in earth get prefer to shop at Lowe’s then to Home Depot terrible management and training all around.

I went to Home Depot for lights and tables, and was greeted by Dex who understood what I was looking for and provided exceptional help. I went back the next day and he immediately recognized me and helped more. Aside from that positive interaction, the checkout process was smooth too both times, and all the employees were hardworking and nice. Thanks Dex and Home Depot!

I bought a grill and happen to go a stellar deal on the upgraded version as I was lucky enough to be at the right store at the right time, with a fantastic group of employees who listened to my needs and got me the best deal I have gotten in a few years thanks to this fantastic inflation period our country is in.

When I got in store I was looking for self centering hinge bit and some advice on getting snowblower to start. The first associate I walked up to was happy to help. His advice is very helpful. I asked for directions for self centering hinge bit. he directed me to location and when I got there a local person said he had just bought one a couple of days earlier and handed it to me. When I got to check out Shyanne helped me get my veteran's discount and walked me thru self checkout and was cheerful and happy to help. This is a well run store as far as I could tell. I would recommend it to others.

A year or so ago, I was very frustrated with the lack ok of lumber and flat carts. Took about 5 minutes to find one empty one day. That combined with isled that were clogged with seemingly unnecessary obstacles. I can say that this has been addressed throughly. Every time I go in now, which is often, there is a long line of carts. And clearer isles. The staff has always been great. Pro desk staff is awesome.

It is always a pleasure to shop at The Home Depot in all departments. I purchased almost all of the materials to; completely rebuild & remodel a wing of my daughters house, build 3 decks, build 2 covered porches, build a gazebo, convert my sons 2 car bare bones garage into an environmentally controlled fully electrified & lighted luthier's work shop, completely finish out an empty 1680 sq. foot basement with electric, kitchen bathroom, laundry, & a bedroom, remodeled my bathroom, laundry room, & living room while living in the house, completed numerous other somewhat smaller home improvement projects in my own homes & the homes of relatives & friends. Most of this since I retired in 2014. Throughout, the Home Depot has provided quality materials, helpful suggestions, and timely delivery of large orders. I have never had to return any product due to defect or quality concerns. Over these years regular price comparisons with other area building material suppliers have shown The Home Depot's prices to be both competitive & fair. Throughout all of this I have amassed a plethora of Ryobi ONE+ battery operated & Rigid corded power tools. All of these have proven to be of good quality and have provided excellent service. Finally, I find shopping at The Home Depot to be akin to a kid in a candy or toy store.

As a consumer, my most valued aspect of shopping is customer service. Today, Judy Carter assisted me from start to finish with an upright freezer purchase. She was quick to answer my customer service call. She went to the computer to dig for availability. She even went to the morning delivery truck to get details on the unit dropped off that day ... the exact one I needed and purchased on the spot! Judy was pleasant, considerate, energetic and very knowledgeable. A few other associates I passed in the store were very cordial as well. Thank you Home Depot for investing in your most precious asset: your staff!

This store has all that I need for my home repairs. The prices are reasonable. The quality of the products are superior. I enjoy shopping here because the employees take a real interest in my purchases and are kind, helpful, and professional.

Good clean store - occasionally a little hard to navigate a fully laden lumber trolley down some of the aisles due to left trolleys and stock trolleys hindering your path - but not to often so overall a solid service and staff who help make this store a better place for all our handyman house projects (too many of them for my liking but have to keep the husband happy folks!). I'm impressed with your safety standard and the diligence of staff making sure no-one is put in danger when operations are running that require aisles to be void of customers.

I had a very quick in and out with what I came for, thanks to the assistance of your employees. I hate shopping as a norm, and when I can get in an out that quickly, it great. Thanks again for everyone's help.
