Friendly and knowledgeable employees!

Employees seem to busy talking. When you ask for assistance they seem inconvienced

Horrible profiling and very uncomfortable experience as a woman with her 2 kids shopping. I have never been watched while checking out and stopped to check my things and ensure I paid, it was embarrassing and just flat out unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

The best Home Depot in the Tucson area! I would definitely shop at this store again. Friendly staff, answer questions & offer recommendations, clean store-even provides free facial masks/sanitizer & social distance markers & products are available! Overall 5/5!

I have been coming to this store since it opened. I have never had a negative visit! All the store people are always nice and polite. They have what I need in stock 99% of the time or a suitable substitute. They always go out of their way for me. The prices are always very fair. I will keep going back to this Home Depot Always!

Associates at the paint desk were knowledgeable and very helpful. All the staff members I encountered were nice and always willing to help. Store was organized and clean.

Found all the items on my list. I was not familiar with many of the products as my contractor just sent me pics but was taken to each item and then had time to leisurely browse.

Managers Nando and Julio were quick to assist us with a purchase of a storage shed. They were friendly and made our trip quick and easy.

Found everything I needed! The store is always clean! Everyone is eager to help me! All associates are very helpful! Great store! I have been shopping this Home depot since it opened in 1991 or 1992.

This store cares more about money than the safety of their employees and customers. I was in this location for only 20 minutes and I had already witnessed SIX PEOPLE WITH MASKS. Don't believe me? Pull up your security footage, 08/11/2020 at approximately 5:50-6:10 PM. I spoke to Spencer at the customer service area where he was disrespectful, interrupted me multiple times, and spoke in a very demanding tone. He did not want to improve this situation. He told me to use curbside pickup or simply stay home. Why can't he tell costumers not wearing masks to do that instead? I will be letting everyone on social media know not to go to this location because you don't care if they get sick or not. I saw babies too young to wear mask in the store yet home depot is allowing them to be at risk by allowing adults to not wear masks either. Why have signs if you don't enforce them? I have written multiple reviews and I will be contacting corporate. This is not okay. Hire security at the door, kick people out, refuse service, DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Quantity on hand is never correct. Store is messy and they give you a hassle when you try to warranty a Husky tool even when you have your receipt showing lifetime warranty I have driven 3 times to this store 30 miles one way to buy an item that is says is in stock on the website and I get there and the shelf’s are empty. Management is also not existent at this store. All the items I wanted they still show in stock but their shelf is empty

Our customer service Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the questions we had in ordering our appliance.

The store was clean and inviting, I felt like I was important and my shopping was important to the Department that I shopped in.

NO face masks on all employees I saw. Pretty careless disregard for the health of their customers and employees.

Marciella, in the Garden Center, was openly complaining about customers asking for help and/or a cart. Since she was only about 3 feet from me (a customer) and another poor soul waiting to ask for help, I suggested she have this conversation in the break room. She had a sassy retort to me as the other customer walked away, hands raised. I understand venting from time to time, but in front of customers???

your employees should be better inform about a delivery of and item and installation I was told you would install it but I was told by the driver there would be a charge been disable was no fun

I shopped in the appliance dept. and had a great sales person

They were letting way too many people in the store.

Home Depot and those are always my first choice to go to. Sometimes they are low on staff.

BIANCA IN THE GARDEN SECTION IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE , THEY ACT COCKY AND MAKE PEOPLE FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE! THE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE THINGS ARE ,

Store was great! Instructions on web site for completing the survey are not clear, could use some improvement.

Being a frequent customer of Home Dept, I enlisted the help of your Front Line Manager, Sabrina, with Order No. H0467-207386, as Pro Services were closed on Sundays. She also attended to my other concerns regarding past orders that had errors in them and was knowledgeable in many areas of your organization. Sabrina diligently helped me with these complicated issues, handling them with patience, expertise, cheerfulness and finesse. I experienced superior customer service from your employee. I have never been so impressed in all my dealings with Home Depot and, although extremely busy, I had to write to let you know that Sabrina is a tremendous asset to your company.

The employees at HD on Irvington are really helpful and experienced! Being that I'm a woman, I never feel belittled, they help and talk to me like I was one of the guys, and I love that because I do know alot about construction and they give me that respect. This is my go to place, prices are fare, I never have a problem returning things, and always find what I need. Shout out to Manager Mauricio and Rob in electrical. Awesome knowledgeable guys. I gave 4 stars because there's always room for improvement ;-)

For the adjustments that have been made to access to the store during this corona deal, the employees were kind, helpful and we didn't have to wait long.
