A gift that keeps on giving we love our live Tree

Needed a window the employee greeted me help me find it got the flat to move it pushed it to the check out and loaded it into my SUV! Seamless!

I waited over an hour for 3 fence panels, employee kept walking around without helping. I had to go inside the store twise to get a manager, finally after 1 hour 10 min the manager came out and helped. I lost an hour of work and was written up at work for the time lost.

I did not appreciate how I was treated on my visit today at Home Depot in Homewood IL. The cashier Ellen needs to be replaced because she doesn't like her job. Mistreated like a thief and she took her problems out on me at work from home. Need more caring workers and respectful staff.

I shop your store early some of your employees probably haven't had their coffee so maybe not so friendly but I don't have a problem with that,others very nice always a hello and did you find everything you're looking for I've shop the homedepot store going on 40 years ,and always come back.

The customer service Joan provided was exemplary. The assistance I needed was time-consuming and took several calls to the credit center to rectify; however, Joan was patient, extremely thorough, and resolved the matter effectively. Love, love, love her! The other staff were great too.

This store carries very good appliances at a very good price. Also Terrence Cole the Appliance Specialist goes above and beyond to help you with your purchase.

I met 2 employees today and they both wished me a good day!!!

Having a homedepot in the neighborhood helps

Being seniors its hard to find people willing to help you these days but the Employees at Home Deport on August 25th went above and beyond our expectations. From the greetings we received entering the store to the assistance we received from several employees while shopping was refreshing. They were friendly, eager and did it with a smile. Made our day!

The service is always great!

the staff there is normally friendly and helpful, this was NOT the case on this visit, the sales rep placed the order incorrectly, the rep at the customer service desk directed me to go online to obtain information I needed instead of trying to look it up for me... the sales rep wanted to keep taking short cuts so she could get back to her conversation with other employees, the rep told me I didn't need a PO... this is incorrect as I have a business and use PO's for almost all of my orders, when I demanded she add a PO she replied "calm down baby" no professionalish at ALL

I was so pleased with my shopping experience at the Homewood Home Depot. All the associates I encountered were pleasant and seemed eager to direct and assist. They took their time and made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project. I actually live a bit closer to another Home Depot, but I happened to be in the area of Homewood so decided to shop there. I'm so glad I did and won't hesitate to shop there again.

I bought bad paint at Home Depot. Returned the next day. Marlon from paint department went the extra mile to resolve issue. Joseph I believe is his name worked with Marlon. Issue resolved

Associate Yaya at the pro counter was great, had a really good attitude.

Always a good experience

Drove 60 miles to this location to purchase an item that online was said to be in stock but unfortunately not able to be located in the store. Began to feel upset thinking i had wasted a long trip. Julie then got me in contact with Assistant Manager Candice who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to offer me an alternative that even better fit my needs. This level of customer service is what sets apart Home Depot from any other retailer, their commitment to making sure every customer leaves satisfied.
