GOT A KITCHEN FACELIFT. WHAT A GREAT JOB. CLEAN, EFFICIENT

Both Rafael AND the manager Roland were so very helpful and accommodating. They both showed me excellent customer service!

I bought a few good items that were readily available; being visible in adequate quantity, on the racks. However, my search for a Knife Sharpening Stone ended after about 45 minutes of search; without receiving any real help to get one; despite asking for help! The best, genuine suggestion that I got was "Sir, try looking for it in another store. It was a suggestion, that I believe, was freely offered and truly well meant. Moreover, I just couldn't find a Harware Help, nor could I be directed to a Store Manager who may have looked up the Stock Position and the specific aisle. I had searched several aisles that I was directed to.

Eve Martinez made my shopping at Home Depot the best experience I ever had. Thank you Eve for your assistance.

We were searching for a new fridge, and the customer service we received from employee Summer was fantastic.

I bought a toilet repair kit. There were many styles in stock. The one that I purchased was a great fit at great value. The employees were friendly and helpful.

I usually purchase a few of the same items. To see which fit or or better. And when I return it or them the return desk is always courteous, helpful, and fast.

Was very disappointed in this year's sales with Black Friday! I have come to shop here for about 3 years now for the poinsettias and this year it has left a DISTASTEFULL taste in my mouth! On YOUR guys add you guys state that the poinsettias are for sale at a price point of $1.99 (6" to be specific). As I wake up early in the morning (4am) to make line for these poinsettias, I asked one of the employees if they were going to be that price point and the employee said yes and me thinking that they are going to be at that price point! As soon as doors open they guided me to the area where the poinsettias are and all I see is that they are 3 for $12!! This left a very DISTASTEFULL taste in my mouth!!! Would not recommend a friend or family member to come and shop this early for something that employees should know about!

The Hawthorne location has and will always be my go to store. I can always find what I'm looking for everything is always organized. A guy from the garden named David is very nice and helpful.

I’ve come into the store multiple times this month and every single time the associates have always been very helpful as well as the cashiers.

The two young gentlemen at the front entrance were able to provide us with twine to secure our patio screen door to the car roof. Thanks guys. Forgot to look at their name tags, but we shopped at Home Depot @ 14603 Oceangate Av, Hawthorne CA 90250. And this was at 12;10 pm on 10/10/21.

Justin in the Flooring department (Hawthorne CA store) was terrific - great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable: very pleasant shopping experience!

Some of the worst customer service I've every experienced. I had to risk my safety to get something down myself. Home depot usually has horrible service but this time was unbelievably bad

So far all my experiences in the store have been POSITIVE . In the return department there was a TEAM OF NOTHING BUT FEMALES and they were knocking it out of the park with their KINDNESS and again POSTIVE customer service. I needed help with a ceiling fan and the young man in the electrical department took 5min to walk over and help me load ceiling fans in my basket.

Evelyn went above and beyond for me today with my refrigerator purchase. She was very helpful and her happy disposition made kind of a difficult transaction, because of a computer glitch, into a pleasurable one. I think that she should be recognized for her hard work and hustle to get the transaction completed.

If your looking for a store that is willing to go the extra mile for you as a customer, look no further this is the location for you! One of the associates here Chris was nothing short of amazing! After visiting SEVERAL Home Depot locations this young man went above and beyond to help me find an item that I was told was not available in store, ever though the website and inventory scanner indicated that it was. I will definitely drive the extra distance from some good ole fashion customer service!
