Everything you can possibly need for your home, you can definitely find it at this Home Depot. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Well stocked and very efficient.

Shopping at Home Depot Guam is like visiting family. One staff that treats me like family is Marcus Gillins. He is my go-to person when it comes to something I need and can't find. I'm sure the other staff here would do the same but throughout the years and getting to know Marcus has been very helpful when I need something that I'm having a hard time to find. Thank you Marcus and thank you Home Depot for having employees like Marcus to make my shopping experience enjoyable. He is very kind and helpful. Something that is lacking in other hardware stores.

We buy alot of our laundry detergent / bathroom & kitchen.paper toiletries from your store montly and happy with it...It would nice to have point system for this store for the monthly customers

Have shopped here for years. Majority of the time my experience has been great. The problem is not with the employees, but instead with management. They hide behind policies that are not customer friendly. A change is needed with some store policies. All the mangers ever say is I feel/hear your frustration, but...but...but.

As a first time customer for home depot I can't believe what awesome customer service they had and affordable prices. I've been wanting to get me a Milwaukee drill set and thankfully on Father's Day I finally got to get it at an affordable price and checked it out with an awesome cashier and her awesome customer service. I would definitely go back and shop for more!

We just experienced a major typhoon and the aftermath was horrendous. Without homedepot and it inventory we may not have had the recovering we are now experiencing. The swiftness of it ability to restock was fantastic. Thank you!!!

A lot of products are out of stock and for a long long time like the RYOBI One+ HP battery pack of various amps. Home Depot Guam is starting to feel small with all of the customers cramped all over and the A/C is so weak

Store experience was overall good. Only thing I do want to point out is there is no AC or fans around the store so expect to sweat while walking around.

I had a DIY project and Jeffrey in Plumbing knew the project and helped me with the vision! All the supplies were readily available at a great price.

I've been to Home Depot every month since the beggining of the year and they still have not fixed their aircon unit. Cashiers have fans facing them however, walking thru the aisles especially towards the back side of the building is uncomfortably warm. Someone is bound to passout from the heat. I recommend bringing a cool bottle of water if you plan to visit this store.

We bought a near $4500 Toro riding mower. Associates and manager were polite and understanding. However, the wait time to get the product was long. When the associates outside finally were able to get us going there was another wait time to get the key to release the cables. The associates, though very polite, were unable to start the high priced value product and admitted even if they started it up they didn’t know how to drive it. So after a long time trying to figure out how to put mower in neutral to push up our trailer, we left HD with a dead battery. With high end products like that, train someone to start it up and drive. Despite the rain they tried. Thankfully my uncle was able to start the product up at home. Dead battery - on an expensive product.

A year ago on this week I purchased a home. I have an electrician who has helped. For everything else, I have had Victor Tithred to guide me through those fixes. He has helped me more times than I can count. Today was the final repair to stabilize my system. Victor helped me get a $9 dollar part that would have cost $450 through other sources! Vic has helped me keep my sanity. He has really been there for me, and saved me a ton of money during the process! Thank you Victor nad Home Depot!
