I’ve always had pleasant experiences and have shopped here for years, even knowing some of the associates quite well. This particular visit, an associate followed my fiancé and I were followed viciously the entire time by an associate named Rick. As a young white woman I felt extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly, violated. I have never been followed by someone like that in my life. I will Not be back.

Cashier Teresa was most helpful

They are always out of stock on items. We alert the cashier and they say they have hundreds in stock, just not out on the floor where you can get to them. So if you are willing to wait for 40 minutes, they can finally find someone not busy with other customers, they can get yet another employee to block the way so a fork lift can go through. Then they go out back and move a 10 or 20 skids around and find the brick you need then bring it out where it should be. Oh, and if you call ahead a few days, they say they "have plenty in stock" but when you go there the 20 or so left are all damaged.

Great store with lots of variety of plants and flowers

This store is wonderful not only because it has lots of good merchandise, but primarily because of the employees. They are all very nice and friendly. I have been to other stores, particularly in the city, and this is not they case. I have NEVER seen anyone who works at my home depot frown. They never act like they are in a hurry...they never act bored or tired. I am in my 70's and many of the people there are older, some of them retired from there life-long job and working at home depot as a second career. They have a completely different attitude from young people. They treat you the way they want to be treated...never in a hurry, never rude or short with you. I love to go there and just wander around and see what they have. I like to invent new uses for things and I can ask any employee to help me and they will show me things that might work and give advice. It's just a great place.

Customer appreciation, not any, Our last visit today we wanted to buy paint, no one at the paint department, Not lumber carts in store, went to parking lot to get my own cart!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Store is always in great shape and products are easy to find. Prices and quality of products are almost always the best value - first stop when shopping for home improvement items and materials!

Store is well run and staffed.

I ordered an electric cooktop, to be delivered and installed. I was left a message twice to say it would be delivered the next day in a 12 hour window (unacceptable). Twice I had to stay around the house for 12 hours including taking a day off work and twice it wasn't delivered, with no call and no explanation.

The associate, R. Jay, in the electrical dept. was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great store!! Virtually always have what I need, staff are friendly and helpful, store is clean and well organized, items are usually pretty easy to find. If you can’t locate something, staff is generally readily available nearby to help. Prices are reasonable. I sometimes/fairly often come across some terrific finds at the store that I would never have thought a home or hardware store would have! I love shopping at our local Home Depot in Greenfield, Indiana.

Employees are always friendly and will to help you find what you need. Pricing is always good.

Need to be more customer interactive no matter what time or what day it is. That's how you earn your income.

I am always met by helpful, friendly people. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

Excellent customer service and evidence of a good culture in the store. The 23/32 plywood sheets (4x8 foot, about $27 each) were not great quality. I ended up digging for good ones. Lack of Pex tubing (100' half-inch rolls) on the shelf. I was treated well and helped very positively by employees who had great attitudes and were willing to help.

I'm glad that the employees no longer look at me like I might be stealing! in the past, upon entry, & during every encounter w/ an employee, I noticed that they examined the contents of my cart, etc. As a person who directed high volume retail locations for 45 years, it was obvious to me that they were assessing the potential that I may cause a "loss" during my visit. this made me very uncomfortable. Don't know what caused the change, but I feel more comfortable. I have spent THOUSANDS at this location, & others.

The store itself was clean and most of the employees where very helpful and friendly.

Excellent key-copying service. Good, up-to-date key-copy machine, pretty automatic and it made good working keys. An employee (Roy?) volunteered to walk with me all the way to the key-copy machine and make the keys for me. Good selection meant they had my key blanks in stock. Diligent, helpful, sociable. Good experience.

The staff are friendly and have always helped me find what I need. Plus they have provided advice on the projects I am undertaking. Tips from people who have 'done this before' have saved me time and money. The store is brightly lit, and they make excellent use of the space. When you are in Greenfield, stop in and look around. There is always something new to see!

Love this store because of the people and products. CASHIER DHARMA was most helpful today and i appreciate the friendliness and professionalism she showed me with her help. Greenfield has great people working there.
