The employees in this store are incredible! Taylor in lumber and Thomas from the lot/loading area went way above and beyond to ensure that we were happy! The store is very clean and organized, they provide face masks and hand sanitizer. They are extremely attentive to the customers and do everything they can to ensure complete satisfaction and happiness!

The store and the employees are always ready to help and well stocked. The store is always clean, the products are always available in good quantity.

I go to Home Depot in Fuquay-Varina, NC, not only because it is closest to my home but because I have always found their employees go above and beyond my expectations when I need help in finding something or just have a question about what I need to get to do a job at home. They have saved me money many times with their tips on how to fix minor problems around my house. Their paint selection is great and I've rented tools for do-it-yourself jobs that save me money and time. The employees are always knowledgeable.

Recently I needed to replace my microwave oven. After shopping at 3 other appliance stores who did not have associates that understood what I needed and tried to sell me something else. I shopped here. The sales associated in small appliances understood I needed a model that fit into cabinetry but not "above the range type." He took the time to go online and research which models would meet my specifications. I was very pleased with my purchase and extremenly pleased with the customer service.

There is an OUTSTANDING sales Representative that works in the doors department. She is a model sales representative because she actually listens to the customers needs, she genuinely cares about her job, and she does not let you walk away without providing a resolution to the customer. I have shopped in many other home improvement centers, and I have yet to meet a sales representative that has the patience, that is as knowledgeable, and that is as sincere as she is. The leadership in this Home Depot should use her as an example of what customer service is, and should be. The store it self is fully stocked with just about anything that one is looking for. The store is clean, and they keep people safe by following Corona Virus safety protocols.

When you KNOW that you won't be able to get what you want when you want it you feel sad that you have to wait. Well that was not the case here and I did NOT have to go to the store to find out I would be sadly disappointed. They had what I wanted (Amazed since noone else did), held it for me; gave me a end of season discount; walked me to the cashier; helped with checkout and I was back driving home happy as could be with my prize! Very satisfied indeed!!!!!

The associate I dealt with (Janet) in the appliance area was knowledgeable, pleasant and focused on my needs (reason I was there). I should also mention patient.And I was able to get the product I desired.

Very convenient and good customer service

This store does not care about their customers. Only one employee was smart enough to wear a face covering. No consideration for their customers safety.

The men have been very helpful , especially with me being a female. I appreciate them taking me serious and helping me to meet my needs.

Store was clean and safely setup for social distancing. Clearly , visible markers for customers to be 6 feet apart. Thank you workers for wearing mask. Thank you Ms. Melissa who was working paint area and helped me with my washer and dryer purchase. You ROCK!!

I like this location very much. Always have friendly and helpful staff. The store and aisle ways are always clean. And their inventory levels are just right. Keep up the good work!!

Most of the team is always friendly. I would say all but like me I think some of the team is just tired due to Covid. I can find what I need most of the time except for the DeWalt battery chargers. Never when I have been there but everything else is really good..

Wide selection of products including plants and landscaping material. Cashier in the nursery area (Haley) went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service by not only checking me out, but helping me put heavy items onto a cart and into my car. She made sure this was well communicated to her coworkers to ensure other customers were still taken care of. Kind, professional and friendly service.

Great store! It is easy to find what you need and if you can't find it, there are outstanding sales associates to help you. Well stocked, great gardening center. Never had a bad experience.

I checked online before I went to pick up some primed HardiePlank boards to finish a repair. The HD website said there were 228 in stock. When I arrived at the store, they only had unprimed boards. When I asked an employee, he told me that those were the primed boards. I had to show him a different board that was primed so he could see the difference. I then was taken to another employee that said they didn't have primed HardiePlank, even though their website showed 228 in stock.

There were many employees available to help me find what I needed. I did not have to search the store for one - like at other places.

Jim, in lumber, was extremely helpful...dropping what he was involved in to wait on me...went the extra mile when I requested lumber to be cut. Raja, the cashier, was friendly, engaging and polite. Each employee I ask directions from regarding an item were helpful and knew exactly where the items were.

Very good customer service

Went to the garden center mid-morning because the website said a large quantity of drainage pipe was in stock. Found the proper marked bin but no pipe. Went to the cashier and she said she would send someone back. After a brief time an associate walked by, ignored me and another customer waiting and walked on. I started looking through boxes to find the catch basin I was looking for and found it. When checking out I told the same cashier about not getting help with the pipe and got an I’m sorry. I guess basically you are on your own out of season in the garden center.

I have never shopped at Home Depot without finding an employee ready, willing & able to help. Also the cashiers are friendly & extremely helpful,
