The store was very organized. I was on the search for a medicine cabinet and I appreciated being able to access and view the products. Dennis, the store manager, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help resolve a problem that was not his. He was able to rectify an issue I've had with the online customer service. Dennis was professional, respectful and kind. I am glad he is the store manager. He was able to ease my frustrations and able to resolve it. I hope there are more workers like Dennis. Thank you Dennis for your customer service and being a good representative of Home Depot. I will definitely return.

Like most HD that I have been the store isles is somewhat messy and the whole store is not as bright and inviting as Loew's. Employees are hard find when needed, and it often takes longer to find a knowledgeable employee. I mostly shop at this HD cause it's on my way. I also shop mostly on HD's credit card because you have a one year return.

This place is racist. I ordered online for pick up. I I left the made walk back to the registered to verify if I already paid for the giant one hundred lbs box. He said to me” you will be surprised what people are stealing here”! I spent about $600.00 at Home Depot Today. Asian customer - Stay away from this store.

Fast service and Great Staff.

When you visit this location, you can never receive assistance when you need help. I asked someone for help with screws and nails and nobody could help me. One employee saw me looking and walked right past me because it was almost 6pm and the store was closing soon. Had he helped me, I could have purchased my items and left. Unfortunately, I never received assistance from anyone and had to visit the Copiague store the next day for my items. The employee who passed right by me looking for help and acting like he didn't hear me trying to get his attention, was the same employee from the lumber area. A young slim guy with black hair and glasses. He was working with another employee who had dirty blonde hair and not so slim. Both of those employees need to return to customer service training. They were even rude to my contractor who came to meet us because we could not receive any assistance. We were in the store on 4/23/20 at 5:15pm (checking out). We entered the store at 4pm and it took that long to get our materials because we could not get any assistance. I was very disappointed.

Very helpful during the Pandemic of 2020. Employees were working like a well tuned machine to get people in and out of the store

This location sets the standards all Home Depots should strive to meet. Friendly, helpful associates, neat, orderly and clean store. It is not the closest to me but it is worth travelling.

The Assistant Manager Jim Denny was extremely helpful solving our problem as were the sales staff in the Floor Dept.

Awesome and friendly place to find all your home needs. Staff was walking asking if anyone needed help not like other stores where you have to chase someone down. Employees make a place great and this HomeDepot has some great people working at their store.
