I bought the Ryobi mower at 7.20pm on 4-20-2022 and when I got home one of the two included batteries was defective and not taking a charge at all. I returned to the store about an 1 1/2 later with the defective battery. I met with Caren at the customer returns counter. She went out of her way assisting me in getting a new battery even after the on duty manager didn't want to be bothered and advised me to go direct with the manufacturer. The on-duty manager didn't seem to care but Caren did.

On the very busy Saturday after Thanksgiving, I went to this Home Depot for a particular artificial tree (their website showed that it was in stock). I easily found the tree, and an employee was right there to help load it onto my cart. As I approached checkout, a clerk beckoned me with a friendly “I can help you here!” Outside, there was a staff member who cheerfully helped me load the tree into my car. *Every employee* I interacted with was helpful and friendly. 100% great experience!

Rob from Plumbing was amazing. He took a ton of time to help me solve a weekend plumbing disaster, showed me all the parts, mapped it out, and helped me believe I could do it. I finished today and had a plumber double check me. He said it was perfect and that I saved $1800. Thank you Rob!

I found a great selection of lights to chose from at this store. Helpful employees too. I liked that people were wearing masks too!

I was in the home Depot in Fairfax. I had been shopping and carrying items. I decided to buy more items than I was able to carry. Suraj went outside to the parking lot and got me a basket. All the while with a very positive attitude and smiling. I appreciated his assistance. That is what I call excellent customer service.

Kimberly in kitchen cabinets was wonderful to work with! She was very patient while answering all of our questions and really took her time getting our design just right. We will be recommending her to any family/friends looking to redo their kitchens!

Although the store was busy, I was able to receive the help of an employee in the tile section. I had a full cart and was alone at the store but he gladly loaded a flatbed cart with 10 boxes of tile and carted it off to the register for me while I grabbed a few more things. My experience was better than usual and I greatly appreciated it!

The store has ample parking and is generally clean. The service desk is bifurcated into returns and online orders such that it is hard to figure out who to ask for a true customer service question. Paint section is well staffed with knowledgeable persons. Plumbing and electrical need some help. Clearance section is pretty lame compared to Annandale. Staff in most of store doesn’t seem too interested in helping out with your issues. If you know what you need and they have it then this store will work.

Great place to get home improvement equipment and supplies. Well stocked.

However, today one of the employees, AKBAR in the Garden Shop" did not behaved nicely. He was ill mannered and not helpful at all. Instead shouted at me, a customer of this store for the last 30 years. He should be trained to be respectful with the customers and spoil the reputation of the the organization.

The staff were very attentive to my needs. Instead of just pointing to the location of the products I was searching for or simply telling me the aisle number, they actually walked me to the locations within the store. Very helpful.

3 people came to delivery I wish I know there names but I dont I forgot to ask them to sign in Because of covid 19 whoever come in our store have to sign in One guy went out order his food and ate During his work time Other person talking on the phone ( put on speaker) During work time Last person his the most of work and installation By himself . We gave them a tips ( $60 ) dollars for 3 people One of guy used a our store restroom 4-5 times During his work time . At least we dont know why we hope his alright ! He went inside of our store employees only room I don't know why ????? Why he went employees Room . there is sign front door employees only ! After he came out from room asked restroom Anyway It was very odd and strange experience From delivery and instrallation team members Thank you !

Each time I visit this Home Depot they are on point and know their stuff, as a DIY guy I need all the help I can get and I really like this location due to their staff.
