This store is very well stocked and the associates are very friendly and helpful. We were asked if we needed assistance in each of the two department we visited and the associates took the time to explain how the parts we were looking for worked. We were very well attended to.

Self-checkout cashier Martin is rude, "sassy" and not focused on supporting customers.

Are there items to buy, yes. Customer service is entirely lacking. I went to purchase two pieces of Sheetrock. I got to the contractor register #1 and it was ok but nobody at the register. There were two employees chatting at the end of the register near the door. I placed some items on the counter and moved my dolly with Sheetrock up. I was not acknowledged. I waited a few minutes with not a word. I picked up my items. I walked my Sheetrock over to register two. Then as I stood in line I was acknowledged by the two employees that I can be rung up at register one now. I stated I was already there. The one employee stated they didn’t see me and they were training. I pointed out the large dolly with Sheetrock. He again stated they were training and didn’t see me. I got rung up and let the employee know I’d be giving my feedback. He gave me a name and said to have a great day. I will not go back to Home Depot again. This person if they are a manager needs retraining himself.

Always very busy. Personnel are always annoyed by the amount of traffic. They need more knowledgeable staff.

The employees here don't ignore the customers, nor act like you're wasting their time when you're not sure how to describe what you're looking for that would work with what you're trying to do at home.

This location is always crazy busy and the parking lot is crazy, too, so go as early as you can, or right after dinner time. Employees are usually pleasant, at least in my experiences with the paint section and customer service.

This has been my Home Depot store because associates are friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and the associate was happy to show me where the item I was looking for was at ( she walked me straight to the item).

Amber Ybarra was a gem today! She went above and beyond with our flooring needs. The subject matter expert that is assigned to the flooring department was absent, she jumped right in to do whatever possible she could to ensure our flooring needs were met. It's employees like Amber that make the shopping experience rewarding and keep customers going back.

Online orders are never ready. You have to wait over an hour. So bad I do not order on line anymore.

Was so impressed when I called that employee Diego offered to go and check the actual store shelves for the Christmas lights that I was looking for. When he found they were in stock, he offered to have them ready for me when I arrived. 5+ stars for this fantastic service, especially during a season when everyone is super busy.

store always has everything I need. managers and team always go above and beyond when it comes to the customer.

I like coming here because they are always well stocked and if they don't have something they will find it at another Home Depot Store for you. The employees are always friendly and willing to help.

This particular Home Depot has a positive and professional atmosphere consistent with the one that I frequent. The Employees are cordial, kind and very professional.

I went to purchase the appliances here at Home Depot. Samantha was my sales associate and thoroughly checked to see what items were in stock or on back order. I left feeling confident my items( 5 major appliances & accessories) would be delivered on Sept. 25th only to receive a automatic voice controlled voicemail rescheduling my delivery 1 day prior to my delivery date to/for Oct. 9th (my clients birthday). After this date passes with another automatic voice controlled voicemail rescheduling my delivery Oct. 16th... the same took place at least another 3 times Oct. 30th, Nov. 6th and lastly Nov. 13th all with 1 days notice to the cancel-reschedule. At which time I went into the store(after several phone calls & attempts) only to speak with a variety of employees who knew little about their own merchandise they sold me and delivery. With these same items on the floor on sale to choose from even on today. Amber & another assistant started off to be somewhat helpful but passed me off to Victoria from the appliance department. Only to be like a redundant recording.... "it's Maytag that you have a problem with not Home Depot". Only Maytag can make this right.... and only if you don't cancel your order and wait for a partial delivery of a possible 2 of the 5 appliances you purchased to be delivered on Nov. 19th(another promised delivery date) to which I did not have any confidence based on other promised delivery dates. Victoria could sense my lack of faith in her promises of this partial delivery she then goes into a spill of how the items come from China and parts or in a shortage etc... She even made mention that COSTCO has their own warehouse and has inventory to keep their delivery dates. Not once was there any empathy to the facts that I have a client without a stove to cook on, a refrigerator to keep groceries, washer & dryer and a dishwasher to assist in the kitchen. She then calls over a manager(assistant manager) Helen. Upon Helen's arrival her attitude was evident there would be no progress any further than that what had transpired thus far - none. She also spewed the same rhetoric with a take it or leave it attitude. A simple I do understand sir would of went a long way. Rethinking a long history of patronizing this company.

This is a very clesn store with very friendly and helpful associates. The lines to pay are short and they always have what I am looking for.

The Home Depot on Fair Avenue was excellent, as soon as I started looking for what I needed an assistant came to help me making sure that the product that I wanted was the right one. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. It was a great experience.

Great service in the paint department! Although the department was busy, we had our paint mixed quickly and received excellent floor help in the spray-paint cage area. The store partner explained that although our color was not available anywhere in the surrounding area, we could order it and have it delivered to the store for pick-up. Great solution as we were not in a hurry. Thanks Home Depot!
