I come to this store exclusively, (Which is out of my way, there is a location much closer to where I live) due to the customer service I receive from Dilek Samli Bolt. Ms. Bolt is extremely knowledgeable and always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this store for all of your needs and if you have the pleasure of being looked after by Ms. Bolt, you’ll understand.

I have been dealing with the Edgewood Home depot for some time now - I've gotten my new shutters, gardening items and many plants from there. It's always clean and the staff is so friendly. Thank You Home Depot!!

THIS store has the most friendly and professional staff out of any of the Home Depot stores I have visited in the greater Phoenix area. I am a Realtor and always suggest this store, since it is very close to my targeted selling area and my home!

Wanted to say I was very impressed with Dilek S at the Pro Desk. She was very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of materials that I needed to complete a job. Nice to see her commitment to excellence.

This is a great store. Employees/Management is usually spot on! COVID and Supply shortages have obviously taken their toll on the employees. They are not as friendly and helpful as they were and at times seem HIGHLY annoyed at customers. Perhaps a refresher course in Customer Service is called for.

A little slow on curbside pickup but the in store experience is great. Great employees who are always ready to help..

Today I was very efficiently helped with my purchase of a new washer and dryer ! All my concerns are questions were answered quickly and with job knowledge of Ms. Becky in home appliances . Total buying experience was very smooth and I decided to purchase in a matter of 15 or 20 minutes .

I go out of my way to shop at this Home Depot store. As a pro member, this store always seems to have what I need and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

I am fortunate to have multiple Home Depot stores near me. For years this store has been my hands-down store of choice! The Pros on staff at this store consistently have the answers or advice that I seek for various home improvement projects. The store is clean, spacious, and well-organized. It has never felt overcrowded, or too busy.

Home Depot makes it difficult to apply the 10% discount to Veterans. Most Veterans have a stamp on thier government drivers license. This is a document used to operate vehicles and identify yourself. There are a lot of vets who love to take advantage of shopping at The Home Depot. But the hiccup is rather difficult and discouraging. Please Please make it simpler.

I was just picking up a few things and was helped by the cashier her name is DeMarys. Just a wonderful and upbeat person who went out of their way to help me. I am sure she is like that for most. She made my day.

For the past 2 years I have shopped in this store, the staff here is consistent with excellent service, helpful and professional. They go above and beyond, Kudos to the Store Manager in conveying to all staff to treat customers right. THIS STORE GETS IT!!!

JUST BOUGHT A STORM DOOR. SINCE BUYING THIS HOME WE HAVE REPLACED OR ADDED NEW FANS. A CHANDELIER, SHUTTERS, APPLIANCES, TOILETS, FAUCETS, PLANTS, FLOWERS AND MORE.

Picked up my items and also extra flowers to plant is always a pleasant experience.

Every time I go to the Edgewood Home Depot I always find the employees to be very friendly and helpful. They are easy to find if I need assistance. The store is neat, clean and well organized. They also do not seem to be short on workers. Theirs is an easy place to shop.

I highly recommend the contractor service desk for any do it yourselfer in need of help with a project. Joy and Chuck were very patient and helpful.

The employees at this Home Depot are always friendly and helpful. Unlike other stores, you do not have to look for an employee to help you. They are there to help you and make sure your visit is successful.

The Edgewood, MD location of Home Depot on 2703 Pulaski Hwy is the most organized location of Home Depot I visit-bar none. Even if what I order is currently not in stock, they always contact me as soon as possible. It is easy to find items because, again, everything is neat and in place. The Pro Desk team are all professional. The floor people ensure that machinery are not in the way of shoppers. They ensure safety by blocking off sections promptly. The cashiers are helpful with recommendations.

Looking for an appliance go see Penny the appliance specialist. She went above and beyond in helping me find my fridge. With so many being out of stock or not available for delivery within 3 days, she found the one I can’t wait to be delivered. I’m coming back here for the rest of my appliance needs.
