My husband and I have never had such an amazing experience at any Home Depot in our lives. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure all of our project needs were met. We drove an hour to this establishment and are happy we did! This is a model store that other ones can learn from.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in home repairs or refurbishment. The order Was delayed due to office staff changes. One of the windows was ordered too large. One of the windows had a change order for additional work and the office/store would not send the wood with the contractor so o paid him to go and purchase it the day of. Then the store just sent a receipt for a second charge of the same amount. How dare they charge me when o had to pay the contractor.

Im so impressed with the attention I received. I've never written a review beforw but I felt I really must after I was so taken care of.

Phil Jones always has an answer for tools I need. If he doesn’t know he will call someone to get right information.

My most recent trip was beyond pleasant and productive . The knowledgeable staff from lumber , hardware,lawn and garden and customer service was a joy to watch. Service finally has recovered in America! Well at Homedepot anyway.

I like going to this particular Home Depot a lot. Not only do they have a great selection on garden supplies, the employees for the most part are very helpful.

The cashier, Jimmy, was patient & kind! Thank you for going above and beyond to help my elderly parents!

Biggest waste of my time ever!! The cashier was very pushy about applying for Home Depot Credit Card. She said it would only take 30 sec. Well that 30 sec turned into 45 min!! The Manager Todd was incredibly RUDE and NEVER offered an apology for my WASTED time!! People like Todd should NOT be Managers!! Incredibly RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!

Was a fast experience. With the help from Rob I was able to get out faster. Thank you!

I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy. I love shopping at Home Depot because of the vast array of products they offer, and the quality of service I always receive there. No other stores compare. If I need something for any project, Home Depot is my go-to place.

You can’t expect too much from a store that hires a bunch of you can’t expect too much from a store that hires high school kids and college kids. However, when you have to continually ask people for help and have people paged to the aisle that you’re on for help and nobody shows up after 20 minutes it’s just not worth coming to the store. Employees at the store more interested in what they did on the weekend or after party conversation and their cell phones everything but the customer. And this store just continues to get worse and worse every year.

Employees very helpful and friendly, especially when compared to other big box stores.

Che is the best employee ever! She went above and beyond to find a difficult time for me and followed me out to my car to let me know it had been located. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic! Best customer service I have had... EVER!

Employees lack any sort of knowledge, visited with 6 employees and they all seemed lost! Absolute waste of an hour and a half of my time in this store today!

Too much merchandise clutters the walkways and aisles of this store

I used the tool rental dept and I'm glad I did over great experience which turned into receiving a new Home Depot card

It seems everytime I come into this store there are always employees standing around talking to one another versus looking for people to help. I never am asked if I need help but have to go out and interrupt a conversation between employees to receive help. Maybe some better training protocols are needed??
