Bought a vanity base and countertop online. I recommend getting stuff that is in stock at the Coldwater store but do not have items shipped to your house or even to the store because they lose, break, send wrong items. The discounts were nice but shouldn’t take 6 months to get a vanity and countertop after them having to re order the item 5 more times because they “can’t find it” or break it or deliver someone else’s stuff. They now seem to have more stuff in stock in Coldwater than they did back in june(6 months ago)

We bought a Traeger grill and got a great price. The employees were great.

I used to work for Cottage Gardens and merchandised the trees and shrubs. I know what a difficult task it is to maintain the outside garden area. Today, the garden center was immaculate. I had a great shopping experience. Keep up the good work.

I have shopped Home Depot in several cities, including the Detroit area where my parents live. The Coldwater store is much more helpful and friendly. It is usually easier and quicker to get help here.

The Coldwater Michigan Home Depot to us is the easiest store to acess. And the workers are really helpful

I had to return merchandise that I did not need for the project. The customer support cashier was very positive and friendly. I had no issue with the return.

The staff at the Coldwater store are knowledgeable, and courteous. We pay the extra tax to shop at this store because of the patient, helpful, and welcoming staff.

I was thrilled to to see so many trees and plants available locally

From out of state. They pulled an item and delivered it to the front desk so i could pick up at the front door! Awesome service! Wonderful service with a great attitude!

The associate JLB4MDN was incredibly helpful! He showed me what fridges to look at from what I expressed I wanted. He was patient throughout my indecisiveness. We shopped while he got the fridge off the shelf and onto a cart in under 10 minutes! He was very informative about the rebate and Consumer's recycling program. He even rang up all my store items so I wouldn't have to stand in line up front. Thank you!

I had a stroke and lost strength in my hands! So I bought a battery operated Ryobi stapler. Now I can finish stapling the insulation up in my garage.

Bought material to refurbish our porch ( composite decking and fasteners) . Not finished yet, should have everything we need , DIY project.

Horrible service. Tried ordering windows and got argued with like I was a child and didn't know what I am doing. Tried returning left over tile, got told I couldn't because of the system. Bought floors and took 30 minutes for someone to even come help us, for the associate to argue on what it was and the price.

She is very knowledgeable about ordering doors. She spent a lot of time helping me get the best value for what I needed.

I'm happy with everything I've bought here. I've only had to return one thing and it was immediately taken care of. All the staff definitely treat others the way they want to be treated. 5 stars!

I recently visited Coldwater Home Depot for a plumbing issue and the expertise and guidance I received was nothing short of amazing. Everything suggested to me worked out exactly as they described.

Annette was awesome, Knowledgeable, fast, and never gave up on me! That is what is needed to run a busy store such as Home Depot!

As a company Home Depot is lacking in accountability and customer service. Appliance installers are rude and problematic, failing to do their job. Managers don’t care. Order direct and save yourself time, money and hassle.
