Every employee was so helpful and educated about what I needed help with. Sam in the paint department was great!

I entered the store and was trying to buy tool merchandise. I was not able to get help tickets stuff behind their cages and wasted my time. This location needs a serious improvement in customer service.

We came in to see about adding a kitchenette in our basement and we were greeted by Heidi Barber. She is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She knew the answers to our questions and was eager to help us get just what we wanted.

Sometimes you go into Home Imp. stores and you feel like it's hard to get someone with a lot of knowledge about the products. But we scored today with a guy named Evan at the Centerville store. He taught us a few things about washing machines (who knew the pods create slime?). Ahhh! So glad to know this. Anyway, the purchase and all was very efficient. Thank you!

I often overbuy just in case. Returns are always friendly and welcome with no judging, just help.

I love this home depot it was very clean well stocked and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Evan Morrison was the salesman what help me out. He took the time to look up stock and helped me get exactly what I wanted. It’s hard to find salespeople who really care. I appreciate his help with this purchase

Staff were super helpful in the lighting department and as it was the last lamp and it was a display I was allowed to purchase the display. Fabulous help in the light department!!

They found the tool kit I had been looking for and got me taken care of quickly so I could get back to work.

Just bought a new washer and dryer and the employee (Wynn) was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in selecting the machines and getting them purchased.

I can always find what I need at Home Depot. But they need to hire employees that have knowledge about different projects.

what I was looking for at a good value.

Our central air went out on a weekend and it was the holiday weekend as well. We decided to get a couple of small air conditioners. Went to HD, the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable. We purchased two different cooling systems. And they have worked out great.

WE have shopped at this Home Depot for 15 years. They have been knowledgeable and friendly. We really like their products and the help we have received in our purchases so we get the right tool or part for the job.

We needed some new appliances and Evan was extremely knowledgeable about every fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher! He answered all of our questions and was patient and kind as we changed our mind several times. He even helped us with our financial options and got us 24 months no interest!! Evan made a stressful day very pleasant and we feel like he deserves a raise! We will definitely be back!

I found immediate help with fast service. I went to Lowe’s first- chased down two personnel to help, neither of which could, or would for that matter. They made an announcement for help, I waited another 15 minutes with no personnel anywhere to help with anything (I needed chain cut and you have to have someone there to do it.) I walked the store front and back twice looking for personnel; so, I left when no one could be found or bothered to answer the overhead call. Wasted so much time. Came into this store, instant help, thank you Evan in the black shirt with orange slices. I was in and out in 7 minutes total- chain cut and new pegs for shelves. Evan walked me right to what I needed, cut the chain quick and then took me straight to shelf pegs- no searching. It was truly awesome and one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve seen and experienced in a long time.

If you are in the appliance section be sure to ask for Wynn Wright, he is excellent to work with and knows his stuff.

Tito and Jimmy in the lumber department are fantastic. I would have needed Advil and a Monster energy drink to get my truck loaded. They saw my stacked lumber cart and instantly jumped in to help, even waiting for me to pull the truck around. I didn't even need to ask. Thanks guys!

The young people in the garden center were the best. Jumped into help on the Saturday before Mothers day... busy busy day.. I had 3 of the young people jump to help get the mulch off the shelves and loaded to my car. I always drive out of my way from SLC to shop at this store. I hope the other young workers are this attentive to people needing help in the store..

Cooper helped me find exactly what o needed, after I told him what I was looking for he knew exactly where it was located in the store and even what shelf, what is even more incredible is I did not see him look in the computer or phone once to find where it was located. Because of him I will definitely be returning when I need hardware/tools for future projects.
