BUYER BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING IN THIS HOOD, BEWARE OF CASHIER; DONTRELL WHO REFUSES TO RING A CUSTOMER ORDER BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO DO A PRICE REDUCTION WHICH HONORS PRICE MATCHES FROM THE COMPETTION; HE BECAME ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL; AND TOLD M E TO GO SHOP AT THE COMPETITION; HE TOOK HIS SCANNER AND STARTED TO SCAN THE CONSUMERS PURCHASES WHO WERE IN LINE AFTER ME; HE TOLD ME TO CALL CORPORATE AND I DID EXACTLY THAT; AFTER I INFORMED THE MANAGER KIM ON DUTY AT THAT TIME; HE HAD ALREADY WALKED AWAY FROM HIS COUNTER AND ANOTHER ASSOCIATE WAS THERE. IF THIS IS THE WAY HE TREATS ELDERS HE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND I CAN SEE HIS MOM RAISED HIM WITHOUT RESPECT. STAND UP FOR ME IF YOU RUN INTO THIS ASSOCIATE; WHO DOES THINGS HIS WAY AND DOES NOT GIVE EXCELLENT SERVICES. HOME DEPOT HIRES BOYS TO WORK NOT MEN.

The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I'm an early bird so I like the fact that the store opens early, and I can get in and out in a jiffy. Thus far I have always been able to find what I came in the store to purchase, and the quality of the products and price point is also great.

I used Home Depot to purchase carpet installation for my entire second floor (bedrooms, hallway) and stairs. Ms. Audrey Pinkney was my Flooring Representative and she was so professional, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. She made me feel at ease, my experience stress free and enjoyable. The level of customer service she provided is very hard to come by this day and age.

The store was clean and well prepared and well stocked when it came to my needs. It had covid 19 prevention in order and the signs, mask, and barriers so guests knew where to line up and stay back. So most definitely thats a plus. The cashier that closesd out my check, was friendly, informative and very helpful. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Will look for her next time checking out for she is one of the reasons I will be returning and making this my primary location.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if I needed assistance finding anything. The associate pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to find the items I needed quickly. The items were neatly organized and well-stocked. Checkout was also a breeze with a polite cashier named Imani. Flawless transaction -- I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes.

The Capitol Hts. Maryland Home Depot always have in stock what I'm looking for and if I can't find, I can find help when needed. They are well stock at all times.

The service is great. Workers are friendly, willing to help & always point out a shorter line. Black, white, hispanic, it didn't matter. ALL were very helpful in this time of division - something welcomed to see.

The associates at the Capital Heights store have very poor attitudes. Very poor customer service skills. Need training badly. But I will say that the manager I spoke to was very nice and polite. Hopefully he will address the issues I raised with him with his associates or nothing will change!!!!

Employee didn't follow-up on my original order. Went to store several times and ended having the store manager to place my order over again for a different product. I will ride a little further out, if I need something else for my house

The store was very clean and all the employees were wearing masks. I found what I needed easily, things were where they were suppose to be.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST IN TERMS OF QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY UNORGANIZED. NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR VISIBLE WHILE IN THE STORE. SOME ASSOCIATES ARE VERY UNHELPFUL. QUALITY STAFFING NEEDS TO BE IN ALL DEPARTMENTS AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATING HOURS. 3 CASHIERS WORKING AT ALL TIMES IN CHECK OUT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THE PARKING AREA ALWAYS IS DIRTY, THE TRASH CONTAINER ARE FULL, THE WORKERS MUST TO WEAR PROPERLY CLOTHES AND SHOES THE GRASS IS LIKE A JUNGLE. ITS UNBELIEVABLE HAVE AND SELL TOO MANY PRODUCTS TO CLEAN, LAWN MOWER,ETC, ETC, AND CAN NOT DO IT
