I ordered a pedestal for my dryer from Home Depot as I wanted one and Samsung was out of stock. The purchase was simple and I found the pricing to be fair. The problem starts when my local store attempted delivery of the item. The driver decided they wanted to finish early and not wait till my scheduled time window. Not a big deal, but they went to the wrong home.... so when they attempt to make contact and no one is at that house and they still want to go home they forge my signature on the paperwork and take photos to prove they delivered the item..... I was refunded the delivery charge for my order from homedepot.com as my local store wanted to fight the issue claiming they delivered to the right house, and have pictures of my home. When I asked about my security camera sticker on my front door, and the camera above the door the tune quickly changed. I am not impressed with this store and it's a shame I may have to drive to pueblo to do my business from now on.

The employees have always been willing to help me even with some of the most ridiculously simple questions.

Whenever I shop Home Depot, their associates step up and show their willingness to help me. I like personal service.

I have never seen that many associates in any retailer standing around doing nothing. I even asked one of them to call a few more associates up to stare and not help us check out. Their only concern was to see if any merch. was in the totes we had under a 4x8 sheet of wood so we made them unload the cart to look.

Poor selection of plumbing fixtures, low inventory and poor quality of lumber to choose from. Terrible discount for military members - does not apply to ANY building material. If not for being the only supplier in the area, I would buy elsewhere.

I was looking for a battery operated chain saw since, at the age of 70, and after a lifetime of using gas chain saws, pulling the starting cord was getting harder and harder. Liz at the Canon City, CO store was a great help in finding one that fit all I was looking for. It was nice to know that the Canon City employees know what they are talking about and care that you get exactly what you are looking for. The saw that was selected has performed like a dream! Can't believe the cutting power, the longevity of the battery and the ease of starting. Amazing! Now I will be able to continue to heat my home with my own collected firewood for many more years.

My RIDGID impact tool needs repair. I live over two hours from the nearest HD in Canyon City, CO. All my questions were satisfactorily answered by phone and I eagerly await my repaired tool to be returned through home delivery! I am looking forward to visiting this store real soon!

Real nice bench. It fit the space perfectly. It has the right amount of top work area and drawers. THe drawers are smooth glide and easy closing.

I have brought all my appliances and lots at your store. I go there more than the food store. People that work there are friendly and helpful

Dealt with older lady in appliances and was extremely rude to say the least. Acted as if I was a bother to her by asking about range hoods. Guess it wasn't a big enough sale for her to mess with, as the couple that come to her after me wanting a full kitchen of appliances she was chipper and excited to help. Little did she know I probably spend ten times what any normal customer does on appliances due to my company. Suggest retraining staff or even take commissions away and do hourly staff.

I was thrilled to find out that this store was open until 8 PM on the Sunday evening that I made this purchase.

For our business, we are often in need of supplies and head for The Pueblo Home Depot as we are confident we will find what we need there along with help from the friendly and pleasant Staff. The store is well stocked and clean, which is important.

Waited for a delivery all day! Finally got a call that our refrigerator would not be delivered today........or tomorrow or for ANOTHER WEEK!! After paying $130 for the delivery. Ridiculous customer service!!

Given the times we all find ourselves living in, and all things considered the employees here in Canon are friendly, nice and very accommodating. They sometimes often get a undeserved reputation as being not so helpful. I would honestly say that has never been my experience at this particular Home Depot in Canon City

Everything went well. I was helped to find what I needed and went through the checkout pretty quick. The people were very nice and polite and seemed eager to help. The store was also very clean.

Paul (cashier) and Larry were very helpful with their knowledge and understanding of what I wanted to accomplish. Both have an excellent attitude and demeanor

Went to this Home Depot on Friday February 12, 2021 with the intent to find some large hooks to hand garden tools in my garage. Annette and Peggie helped me with this. These employees had no problem with assisting me or other customers while I was there. Thank you!!!!

The blue haired girl at self checkout looked beyond miserable and didn’t even bother to greet us as we walked in the store she was leaning on the tools displays up front and rolled her eyes when we tried to talk to her. Since it seems like she hates her job so much maybe she should be relieved from it.

My line of business calls for the need of supplies almost on a daily basis. I have confidence that I will find them at the Pueblo Home Depot as the Store is well stocked and organized. Plus the Staff is friendly and happy to help!

We went to pick up an artificial Christmas Tree this evening. We found the one we wanted. About that time, an associate named Liz came by. I got her attention and she immediately and happily started helping us find the boxed tree we wanted. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. Liz apologized. I asked if it was possible to purchase the display model. Without skipping a beat, Liz said "let me go check for you." A few minutes later, Liz returned and said that they were happy to sell us the display. She jumped in and immediately started removing the display tree from all the other trees, getting the wires free from tangle. A few minutes later, Carissa cheerfully checked us out and we were on our way home. It was a VERY MERRY customer service experience at the Canon City Home Depot this evening. Thank you so much to Liz for her awesome service!

The associates at the store are so friendly and helpful. We are new to town and the customer service is great and it's such a nice environment to shop in.

One product I was after for the last three weeks has been out. Customer service is also lacking in some areas of the store I stood in the door and window for over 20 minutes and never got help from a door and window associate. Even after another associate page them on a code orange whatever that means the other associate was kind but not able to help me. I was wanting to schedule a door install they came out and measured for us already and we had a door picked out we just wanted to schedule it. I also had some other questions about products in the door and window area but ultimately I left frustrated without any help.

this has to be the worst HD store I been to. Most the associates are rude, and not helpful at all. Never have anything in stock when I need it, but surrounding stores in nearby towns alway seem to have in stock, employees that are customer oriented and eager to help.
