Cashier did not acknowledge me during purchase!!!! No greeting. Apparently her job duty is only to scan the product. Why can't she at least great the customer. I am supplying her an income.

We usually buy our mulch at this store. Good deal and a crew load it for me. Very nice

Most of the time I'm shopping here they have what I'm looking for. Lately the wood selection hasn't been perfect but that's not the stores fault they sell what they get. Most of the employees are very helpful and are willing to go out of their way to help you. All of the front end people are great, I'm in there so much they treat me like a friend or coworker haha. This is one of the cleaner stores I've been in as well!

Remember the days when a store backed their product and service? Home Depot still does. In the last 30 days I visited Home Depot and a competitor who has 11% discounts. Both HD and the 11% place made an error. ONLY HD took responsibility and made it right. What good is 11% off of nothing?

Every time I go into this store they always have what I am looking for and if I can't find it, I find an employee that is always willing to help me.

Their exchange policy for exchanging a defective water heater that is under warranty is terrible. Their costumer service personnel and that manager are untrained, unprofessional and rude.

I cannot believe the Health Dept. hasn’t fined this location.

I choose this location over any others in the area. Store is always fully stocked, easy to get in and out of and the help Is great.

The customer service was excellent. The associate even gave me installation advice, a likely cause of the breakage of the old part, and how to tell if he was correct when I got home. He was exactly right. His extra tips saved me a second trip, and made installing the new parts very easy.

My LG 8 year old LG refrigerator's compressor stopped cooling. Since it was the 2nd time, I chose to replace it. April Lauderback, appliance specialist, was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her.

If anyone needs the perfect match for paint, take in your old can & Rob in the paint dept. can match it!! I had an old can of Sears Weatherbeater exterior house paint (from 2004!) that had dried up & I needed to touch up my house trim & Rob was able to open the can & use the lid to a perfect match that is currently on my house!!

Jack and his male co-worker (wish i got him name he was just as awesome) un packing the Halloween decorations today exceeded my expectations. Thank you both SO much with going above and beyond to make sure my trip was enjoyable and i got what was on my list even if it meant going out of there way.
