The store was very clean and neat! The only thing I had a problem with was I wish wood prices were a little less expensive....

the entire process of purchasing and installation of my water heater was handled and efficient manner including clean up and instructions for care maintenance and operation.

Great selections. Carry light bulbs I can’t get elsewhere for the price. Associates greet you and ask if you need help finding items and if you have any questions about items. Always available with quick response to assist loading heavy items for you. My favorite DIY supply store.

Went in for two specific items. Was helped in both departments almost immediately. Was not forced into purchasing a higher priced product, but was informed of the pros and cons of each.

Zachary checked me out in the lawn and garden area. One of the barcodes would not scan. He got down on his knees to get to the bag of potting soil in my cart. He didn't seem to mind the extra effort at all. Thank you

Good selection of products. In my visits to the Cabot, AR store, I received excellent service from employees that actually want to help me. I received help with picking out and my choosing of which boards I wanted to buy of building materials, to loading them in my trailer.

Don't go to that store often but have no problems when I need something from there. Would recommend the store.

No matter how busy the employees are they will always take a moment to answer your questions.

I love the Home depot in Cabot It is just my favorite store. It always has every thing that I want and a lot of employees eager to show you right where they are and every thing at a reasonable price. Other stores should take a lesson from them. They know how to treat their customers

Store was clean and associates were friendly. This is what coming to this store is always like. Just about every time there is someone who goes above and beyond what is expected. Today we received excellent customer service from an associate, named Clinton, who helped us with getting new blinds for our house. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Clean, well stocked and very helpful employees. I've just moved to the area and have a lot of projects going on in my new home. The employees in this store go the extra mile to help me every time I come in. Very pleased.

I recommend store management spend more time walking the departments. My general impression is this is a better than average Home Depot but focus needs to be placed on keeping shelves full. It appears there is lots of product in overhead storage that need to be packed down. Bays need to be filled, faced, and maintained.

I love how clean & organized this location is. Also love the help we get from the staff. Even if they may not know where an item is located they will take the time to find someone that does. Customer Service is spot on!!
