As a guy who’s not the best at projects Home Depot is the only store that sells these dry wall anchors that makes my life so much easier

Sale items that Went to buy were empty. This was the third time I Was there to look. I also bought a garden nozzle for my hose. It was faulty sprayed water all over me when I took it back instead of letting me switch it out they insisted they had to put the money back on my card and then I grab another one. I did not get the tax that I paid Back when I bought the first one and I had to pay it all over again when I got the second . This is not right

Bill from plumbing and Q from check out were very helpful. Friendly attentive and collaborative team members. They would also make great trainers or supervisors/managers. Positive attitude also!

Went to the Bethlehem, Pa store on my way home from a tournament. It’s not the closest store but because of Jeff G a super associate I will be going to this dtore from now on. He helped me pick the corrrct chainsaw and poles for what I needed. Can’t thank that guy enough. He should be management.

If you need help with indoor or outdoor carpeting, skip this store. The woman working this area was the least helpful employee I have EVER encountered in this store. Go to the location in Easton (7 miles away), maybe they may actually help you if you don't install carpets for a living.

Once in awhile you have a very positive experience as a shopper and I had one at the Home Depot in Bethlehem. An employee by the name of Lori took my wife and me aside and made our transaction so seamless that when we got in our car we both talked about what just happened. Good job Lori.

The home depot on Linden St in Bethlehem has always been consistent with Customer service and going over and beyond. The majority greet you like yoi’be neem friends for years!

I needed a few things and I was able to get in and out very quickly and I needed help looking for an item and the worker was very helpful including helping me to save on electricity.

Bought appliances during this trip. KIM the salesperson in the appliance department was very helpful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient (fast). She also stopped what she was doing to help us.

Have a project to do and had lots of questions. Peter, in lumber, was extremely helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and offered alternate methods.

Unhappy when I use a gift card and only receive store credit back if I have to return an item. Cannot use store credit online and I prefer to do online shopping. Can't spend a lot of time in store.

One of the better Home Depot‘s I’ve been to well worth the drive if you have a choice between Allentown, Allentown South and Bethlehem

This Bethlehem, PA, Home Depot is the best in the area. Every time I go there the employees in every department are helpful. I won't even shop at the competitors. I bought my 1st house in 2020 and have been in this store so many times the employees recognize me. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful I feel like a top customer.

I have vision trouble. I big store is overwhelming. I have an excellent cashier walk with me through the entire purchase.

I don’t want to give away my secrets but looks like it’s out already…this is a go to store. Employees and helpful and knowledgeable. For the most part they are typically stocked. I love the greeter at the door :), he is awesome!!

The employees at this site are very helpful and friendly. I was missing an item SKU at checkout and the cashier found it online for me, so I was able to complete my purchase.

For once I want into a home improvement store and didn't feel like an idiot or pain in the neck because of my lack of knowledge.
