Went to this Home Depot and they had IN STOCK everything we needed. Just bought a house and this made our lives so much easier. The sales representative was more than helpful and I will look him up for all my home needs!!!

Chris and Brenton went above and beyond for helping us unload AND load our wood from our van. They were able to get us returned properly when Pro Desk was closed. Big kudos to them and will keep me a Pro Home Depot Customer.

Needed to purchase a wall oven. Employee was very helpful

This is a wonderful HD. Plenty of cheerful, polite customer service personnel to help you find what you need.

I have shopped at many Home Depot locations in Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and North Carolina and all are great. I always find what I need and at great prices. I also appreciate the veterans discount they provide. At the Battleground store the cashier Annette has been extremely pleasant and helpful with checking out.

I didn't have to look for an employee to ask for what I wanted,( like in other stores wait a long time for help ) they came to me. In appliances ( Valerie ) and garden center ( Annette ).

It is my husband’s birthday and He has wanted a tool box for our garage. We were in Home Depot for something else, passed by this tool box and it was exactly what he wanted, with an amazing price. Q helped us and made this a wonderful experience!

The head of the Tool Rental department Brent took ownership of my issue, was empathetic and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. Brent is a wonderful asset and ambassador for The Home Depot. I'd also say the other employees that I encountered were also helpful and had positive attitudes which must be a testament to the great job that the managers at this particular location are doing in building a successful team to serve their customers. Please keep up the great work!

I don't know his name of the employee but he was very kind and professional at all times. He also advised me about the product I was buying for in order to have a better shopping experience. I would get him promoted in no time if I was his boss cause he really knows how to get customers pleased. I thank him and the Home Depot store as well

Chryl in the paint department is a rockstar. She knows her business. (And no, I did spell her name correctly!) She’ll show you exactly where an item is, explain why you need a specific accessory to complete your project, and does it all with a smile!

I have shopped numerous times at this store and have always had excellent service.

Store was clean and the appliance associate, Emani, is an excellent sales associate over in the appliance area. She provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable.

I had the opportunity to speak during the morning Group session to share some views as a client of Home Depot. As the manager allowed me to speak, I mentioned several great values at this Home Depot and I would suggest that every week or month a client should get an opportunity to speak why they are shopping here...It was an awesome experience to be so connected and appreciated afterwards. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff, very busy on weekends

Once you can find and hold someone's attention long enough to assist you, they are helpful. If you have the time, drive to another Home Depot. They seem very short staffed and the manager seems to be rather unconcerned at this location. It used to not be this way here.

The store is generally fine, but I have had several problems when having bulk purchases delivered. Twice, my order was transferred to another store for fulfillment and both times and both times, the store failed to delivered the correct product on the scheduled day. The Customer Service people are very friendly, and sympathetic to the problems, but unable to overcome the problems caused by the procedural issues of Home Depot.

I ordered a washer & dryer in January. The Ordering process was great as I called to order them. I was given a February delivery date. On that day no call, no one showed. I called & was told they were on backorder & would not be available until April. I was told I would be well compensated for my troubles since I was not told about the issues. I got a call In March they were ready for delivery. They arrived but both the washer & dryer were damaged. The washer was damaged enough that it was unusable. Delivery guys were super nice about it & knowledgeable. Again I was told I would be well compensated by Home Depot but they couldn’t tell me how much or what they could do until I accepted delivery. Got the call they would be delivered today between 9:30 & 1:30, with a 30 min warning call. I received the call only 5 min before they arrived. I was not impressed, they scratched my wall, brought in dirt/mud as it was rainy out. Heard them mention they were sure how to install & discussed confusingly which wires go where. They also Seemed annoyed that I wanted to put a towel down to keep most of the dirt & water from coming through my house. They didn’t have all the items I ordered, most importantly the stacking kit to complete the installation. They did install them side by side & another service person will come to install them correctly in 2 weeks. Home Depot refunded only 6% back as compensation. I’m far from satisfied with the delivery, installation & compensation for all my troubles!! I will not!! Order from Home Depot again. This is NOT the first order from Home Depot that has arrived to my home damaged.

Great customer service and good choice in products! Unlike many of the box stores that I have been to employees actually walked up to ask if you needed help. Everyone was very helpful and super nice. This store is well organized and clean. A nice friendly atmosphere.

I shop at the Brassfield Home Depot regularly. My recent experience shopping for LED recessed light upgrades was amazing. Janet, the Home Depot employee that assisted me in selecting the product that best fit my needs, was great. She quickly understood my requirements for LED conversion lighting, showed me available products, and quickly honed in on exactly what I needed. When shopping this store's Electrical Dept. look for Janet.
