Sales associates are readily available, you don't have to hunt them down.

The only reason I give this review a star at all is solely due to a pro desk associate by the name of Robyn. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and generally helpful throughout my shopping experience today. However, basing my review off of the Interaction I had with a store manager named Dom I give this home depot store 0/5 stars. Was generally rude and even went out of his was to accuse myself and a coworker of theft and threatened to remove us from the store with absolutely no evidence or proof of any theft whatsoever. Made it very clear that he was the "stores manager" and had the authority to remove us both for theft that was not committed. I commend the home depot for finding hardworking honest workers such as Robyn. However I believe they truly missed their mark when hiring this joke of a manager Dom. Do better home depot.

Service at the paint department was exceptional. Jaimin went above and beyond to find the perfect color match for me. Norma at check out was smiling, friendly and helped me get out quickly. Nice having personable staff....makes you want to return.

In November 2020 my wife and I were vacationing in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We were shopping at an Amish furniture store in Intercourse, PA. We have 7 grandchildren. 4 boys and 3 girls. We found 4 unfinished desks for the boys and vanities for the girls. We rented a U-Haul box trailer to get the furniture back to Maine. With only 4 weeks left until Christmas, I had to get busy. I visited my local Home Depot and to pick up supplies. The gentleman in the paint department was very helpful in helping me chose the correct stain and poly as well as offering some tips for application. The desks turned out beautiful and the grandchildren loved the gifts. Of course my wife had to fill the desks with office supplies for the boys and makeup for the girls.

In the past I've walked into this store and have employees just walk by without any kind of greeting. I've seen a turnaround in the atmosphere in and was greeted multiple times asked if I needed assistance and the items I needed were available.

This store is fully stocked with a variety of options to purchase on just about any of my contracting projects and based on my budgets as well ! I am always helped by at least one qualified employee every time I’m there and these employees really know locations of anything I’m looking for and I always feel like Bangor is my own personal Home Depot store and I’ve gotten to know many employees by name and I also are recognized by several when I enter store it’s a great store to shop at and I refer anyone to shop there instead of any other competitors ! PAMELA is the best, very helpful running the customer service desk by herself all the time.

I love this store. The people are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I am in a wheelchair and I am asked if I need help almost every time I am there. Most times I do not need the help, but when I do, I get help from very courteous and professional people. Other stores like yours seem to be running with far less people. Help is very hard to find in those circumstances. I am in a wheelchair and I need help quite often.

If you have paint questions, see Bob in paint. He was great at recommending us the product we needed to paint our cabinets and the techniques we needed to do to paint the cabinets.

Helpful associates every time.

Understaffed. Products hidden and hard to find. Staff hard to find for assistance with chain cutting. Refusing to give change at self checkout. Staff claims people are stupid and cannot read signs. No cleaning happened at registers or self checkout.

There are very few store employees to answer question. Must “hunt“ them down in many cases. Had a problem and left a bag at checkout. Took multiple calls and 15 minutes ringing before someone actually answered. ‘

Terrible customer service. Will no longer be shopping Home Depot at all. Have been going for years but will be switching to Lowe’s.
