The store looked very nice. We have purchased many major appliances from this Home Depot, and always have been well taken care of. Both my husband and myself have Home Depot credit cards and have for many years. We will continue to shop at The Home Depot, its very convenient and enjoy shopping there.

The sign when walking in said limit of 200 people. There was no one counting, and there was way over 200 people. Employees without masks. The person directing traffic at the self.check out did not have a mask. Moreover, no one wiped down the scanner.gun between uses, and no wipes available or hand sanitizer.

Store was clean and employees were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The way the store is laid out and aisles labeled made it easy to find what I was looking for.

All was well except the cashier Gloria. I had a MDF board on my cart, I couldn’t touch it because of this virus to set it aside so she could scan what was underneath. Ok fine, then either set it aside or have someone else if it is to heavy. But she tossed it on the floor causing it to chip. That was highly upsetting.

Always clean, workers are always friendly and willing to help.

I don’t live in Austintown, and there’s a closer Home Depot but this is my go to hardware store.

The Austintown Home Depot is simply one of the very BEST places to find ll your home improvement needs. You will find the staff knowledgeable and willing to help the customer in any way. The store is stocked with all necessary items for repairs. Of course, they will order any item you may need. There are no negative words that can be associated with the Austintown Home Depot. It is a great place to shop and find quality products at a reasonable price. It should be everyone's first choice when shopping for any home repair/improvement needs.

Cashier became incensed when she could not scan two items in my cart. Then, she tried to overcharge on two other items. Finally, she humiliated me for using my military ID in an attempt to get a discount which Home Depot offers. Customer service experience over the years at this store has been just favorable. However, all it takes is one strongly negative experience to destroy a lengthy business relationship. I won’t return to this store. Military veterans be forewarned.

The Austintown store is my go-to Home Depot. The employees really are helpful, the shelves are properly stocked, and the store is kept clean.

Home Depots greatest assets are the workforce. I would like to see more larger pvc plumbing fittings.
