Always a great place to shop.

- need to train your employee to get the knowledge of the products so they can provide with right and credible info .. and good advice! - need mor employee to help on the floor.. sometimes I spentD 10-15 mins looking for some one to guid me .. I end up going to customer service to call for some one - thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide my inputs .. since Home Depot is important for us since 2000

This is the best Home Depot Store in the world!!! Besides being the 2nd largest store in the world... It has the NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE CULTURE of all Hardware Stores I have ever shopped in!!! It does not matter if you are a Construction Pro or a novice Home Owner!!!

Jon in flooring was great. He went above and beyond to find the product that I was looking for. Barbara was our cashier and she was so nice. Lori was a manager and she has a great sense of humor. Perry loaded our car with our merch and he was very kind and helpful.

Customer Service LIVED at Home Depot #6643 this morning! I needed assistance in the self-checkout area, and my issue was just complicated enough that I wouldn't have blamed the person helping me if they had been impatient. Marialuisa immediately helped me solve my problem. She was professional, kind, and helpful; a wonderful representative of the sgtore and brand.

Cashier Monica went out of her way to be helpful and kind.

Customer Service was exceptional. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. I was looking for a kitchen faucet and I had a screenshot of it on my phone. Salesperson led me right to it. I decided to check out at Self Check out and the cashier, Monica who was overseeing this section actually checked all my items out for me. She said she wanted to keep busy and not just sit on the stool provided for her waiting for someone that had a question or needed help. She was very polite and kind.

The young man Jackson who works there was extremely helpful and very nice. It was very clean as well.

This store partices keeping their customers safe from COVID-19. The cashier Julie wiped down the check out area between each customer. I was thankful she and Home Depot take our health and safely seriously.

My husband and I love this Home Depot. We have a location closer to us, but we choose to come here when we need help or advice. Every experience we have had with this store has been exceptional in terms of customer service; that's what keeps is coming back!

I encountered a safety issue in the lumber department today. A handful of 2x2's fell into my arms because there was but 1 "keeper" holding the stock back from falling. I brought it to a Home Depot Associate's attention. I asked if he could bring over another keeper so nothing else would fall. He stacked two pieces on top and said "that outta do it." I told him that didn't solve the safety issue and he walked off. Wrong response. I hope the same lumber doesn't fall on another customer or employee because that Associate couldn't have cared less. The worst service/treatment I've ever received at Home Depot.

Helpful store and appears to be fully stocked whenever I need supplies.
