Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean and inventory is appropriately stocked. Also, they allow pets.

The staff at the Hampton store are always extremely helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked and clean. In my recent experience of purchasing pellet fuel, the product specifications were better and less expensive than the "other" big competitor down the street. The staff was right there to help me load the products into my vehicle.

Although I live in McCandless I travel regularly to this Rt8 store since the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked, clean and has the items I need. You can always find someone to answer your questions and guide you in purchasing the correct items for your project. The manager is smart to hire veterans, since they understand home projects and give great advice.

I enjoyed and learned a lot taking my first adult course at this location. It was wonderful! I learned a lot! It was on "Mosaic Backsplashes." I learned what tools I needed, how to use a few of them and received helpful assistance in locating the materials the supplies needed for my first home project. Keep up the great work! Keep the classes coming and I look forward to continuing many future projects in the future! 1

Never have enough cashiers working, expect customers to check themselves out. Always have an excuse ie. someone called off, cannot find enough people to work.

If you want to go to a store get no help and deal with rude managers (John) This is the store for you. It is unfortunate that there is not a Home Depot closer than this one to me.

I had a screen door ordered and pulled at their store. I did it early in the morning and my husband and I drove out of our way to pick it up in the evening. When we arrived and the door was pulled for us to take there was a huge hole in it and was scratched and nicked up. The manager did nothing to make up for our wasted time and only refunded our money. We shop weekly at home depot and spend a lot of money, a gift card or a dsicount of some kind would have been appreciated.

i drive 30 min just to visit this store !always helpful service,clean, amost always get what i need ! there is another chain store7 min from home ! but most of the time i buy at rt 8 hd !!!

I shop at this store all the time for products for my home. Always very satisfied.

This visit I was working on my flooring project and NINA assisted me in doing so. NINA was very helpful and knowledgable with any questions I threw her way. I would highly suggest meeting NINA,if your in the middle of any project, big or small. It's great to meet an employee who cares about their customer and shows how much a business appreciates their own employees.
