Does The Home Depot Pittsburg offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

    Do NOT shop Home Depot
    The appliance installers are not qualified. They will ruin your home and do not care about doing things properly. They will drill holes into your property without asking and won’t care about fixing it. Their own company says installation was horrible and property damaged. And getting a refund is even worse. The customer service people do not follow through. If they say they will send something by email stay on the line until you get it bc they will never send it. If they say they will process something wait for proof that it was submitted and processed bc they won’t do it. Don’t expect returned calls or emails. I paid by cc but they returned it partial cc and partial cash over the phone. They did not tell me I had to go into the store to get the cash. Even though it was bought on cc entirely. I will NEVER spend another penny in Home Depot. They do NOT care about customers. Worst online purchase experience of my life.

          I like the store but NOT the Store Manager
          I am the Director of a small non-profit dog rescue and was looking for some pallets for a project for our facility….I thought they were free ….He told me they were $10 each and he pretty much accused me of stealing He was rude and hostile and I was treated like a criminal even though I didn’t take anything he’s not a very nice person ….sad that someone like him is the Store Manager 🤷‍♀️

                  Kitchen Sink Renewal
                  My boyfriend was fixing our kitchen faucet/sink, and it was his first time working on one, so we got fortunate to have had an expert like Rick to assist us. Rick was highly knowledgeable in plumbing. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns and was extremely helpful in helping us with finding all the correct items. We are incredibly thankful for his kindness, expertise, and customer service.

                    Would not let me return order filled incorrectly by another HD store
                    I purchased two patio screen doors online, for pickup at Union City CA store. I brought them to Pittsburg CA (an hour away) to install on our rental property there. They didn't fit, so I tried to return them to the local Pittsburg HD store. They would not take them because, they said, Union City gave me the wrong doors. The SKU on the doors did not match the SKU of the doors in my online order. They said I had to bring them all the way back to Union City to return them. That is extremely inconvenient for me because I had to borrow a truck from someone to bring it back there. Also it violates HD's return policy, which says "Simply take your purchase back to ANY HOME DEPOT and get your money back instantly." To avoid the hassle I volunteered to do the return at Pittsburg, as if I had no receipt. I would lose money, but avoid having to borrow the truck. Pittsburg store manager tried that, but HD computers refused the return. That, too, is ridiculous, since in 20 years of buying stuff at HD, I've only returned stuff without a receipt maybe twice or three times. I'm as trustworthy a customer as you'll ever have. I asked Pittsburg store manager what she was going to do to placate her justifiably irate customer. She said the Union City store would have to do that. Thanks, Cheryl. HD is one company, and they own all their stores. There is no reason that one store should not be able to correct an error made by a different store. If your accounting procedures don't permit that, then change your accounting procedures. Don't make your customer suffer for your error merely because you are too lazy to fix your software.
